My old Dell battery was running low all the time so I decided to upgrade. Battery life is crucial to me and this laptop has some of the longest battery life on the market. It's also a plus that it is light, has Qled display and ergonomically efficient.

Love this laptop. Very fast and the finish is exceptional. Bought one for my daughter and I just had to get one myself. It's perfect for when I travel and can run any windows program I put on it. Have even done some photo editing on the machine.

I got this laptop for $850 due to the price match policy so for me it was a very good deal but the lady at the store was very rude when I tried getting a price match deal for an iPad. After using it for 2 zoom classes in a day the web camera stopped working and after 2-3 conversations with Samsung I got to know that it was a hardware issue. Bestbuy changed and gave me a new laptop with any hassle. New laptop works perfect it’s fast but I don’t think the battery lasts for more than 12 hours which is still better than 90% of the laptops. I wish there was a pen available with this laptop and it would have been the best laptop in the price range and a very good competitor for surface laptops.

This is a close to a perfect computer as I could want. Very fast, fiber print log in, 1/2 TB SSD, screen is amazing since it's samsung technology. Touch screen. I love this computer. Small, fast, light and looks like a million buck

So I bought this during the COVID lockdown, and didn't get to try it out before I purchased it. I love it! Pros: Backlit keypad Awesome display! Very bright when plugged in. Fast Cons: Bad audio, almost zero bass. My Ipad sounds better, but it has an audio jack so who cares.... :)

I love my Flex Book. Its easy to put in my bag to take to work with me. The battery lasts all day. The colors are vivid and rich. I highly recommend this product over any ipad, chrome book, or laptop.

The Samsung Galaxy book flex is a great little laptop. Bright and clear QLED screen, lightweight, fast, with 512GB onboard. Its S-Pen capable, but it should have come with an S-Pen onboard, but it did not. Still, its a great little machine.

I purchased this for myself as my old lap top will probably not last much longer. I wanted something smaller, faster and more light weight that what i currently have. This Samsung definitely has everything i need and then some.

I ended up returning the device because of the cons. Pros: Fantastic keboard. great feel and backlit settings. Fantastic fingerprint scanner. Vert fast and accurate. Fantastic display. Very bright and vivid. Fantastic design. Very good looking device. Cons: Barrel plug charger only. USB-C does not charge at all as advertised. Cramped trackpad. No passive s-pen support speakers are awful. one last thing: I reall wish the screen was taller 16:10 to fill the extra space, but that was not the dealbreaker for me. The biggest issues was the barrel plug charger. I didn't want to rely on the charger that comes in the box... what if I lost it?? so I returned it.

So far it’s power and battery strength are amazing. It’s speed is helpful in teaching my online classes as well as creating vector images for crafting. I’m thankful the sale price made it within my price range.

Beautiful computer, yet it runs hot. The bottom left side and the top keys are warm, I mean warm and we are in the middle of Winter. Also, the battery life, just did a full charge and it says 93% remaining 5.25 hours remaining. I do not know why it states that battery life is in the teens. I will update the review have had the computer for a day and half if I return it. Do not want a hot computer. Unfortunately my Asus Zenbook got damaged. The design of their cooling is amazing. Even in bed on a non-flat surface due to the way the keyboard lifts up, the computer never heated up to an uncomfortable level. Too bad, this is a fine looking computer, the screen is neat, yet the heat is unbearable, really and the battery life? What's up?

I love this laptop easier to use the screen is so sharp and bright, good features like touch screen, is lighter, fast, for work and documents or browsing is good to have especially for price point 799$

We have had the laptop for about six weeks and it seems to work really well. It is fast, easy to use, and has a nice need clear screen. They have been able to do any school work as needed plus play games and such.

My daughter uses it for school and loves it. It is lightweight, attractive and fast. It has plenty of memory and has clear color definition. Her computer does everything she needs to get her schoolwork done.

I was doing a ton of research on laptops before I found this one. I am an engineering student and needed a fast yet portable laptop that had a decent amount of storage. You can’t go wrong with this one! It is super light and simple! The screen and fingerprint reader are my favorites. I love the QLED. The i7 processor is fast and I can easily handle zoom and other tabs at once. The backlit keyboard is also really handy for doing work at night. It charges very fast and the battery can last a long time, typically 5-8 hours at least. The only thing is the fan kicking on when it’s really working. It is not bad, but not very pleasant. That’s the only thing I don’t like too much. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I love this laptop!

Had this Samsung laptop for 6 months, and all I have to say is its the best laptop money can buy. A lot of bang for your buck. Its lightweight, stylish, Super bright screen, Has all the latest specs. finger id scanner is hands down the fastest I have ever experienced on any device, and super accurate. Battery for my experience has lasted for almost 8 hours without any charge in between. its more than enough for everyday use, light video editing, checking emails, and surfing the web. The only Con is that the charger is old school, and the usb-type-c can only support 2 external monitors, not for charging. and its a finger print magnet. Not a gaming Laptop. For the specs, I can handle light weight gaming only.

Has great specs. Love the touch screen and 2 in 1 feature, even if I don’t use it often. Works wonderfully. Really fast, and light. Excellent alternative to a MacBook Air, with better specs for less money!!

I have been using this machine for several months now and it is a solid performer. I needed a replacement for an old dinosaur laptop and this fits the bill nicely. Boots up quickly and I have no problem running multiple apps simultaneously. It is very light and sometimes I think I think I might break it, but so far it is holding up just fine. Since I needed to be on a hard wire LAN connection for some of my web meetings (business requirement), I purchased an adaptor USB to Ethernet LAN cable. It works great, so not having that port is not an issue. This machine handles all of my tasks with ease.

This is a great 2 in 1 laptop. It compares favorably to its peers including the surfacepro for performance and touch screen but at a much less price than the surfacepro. I am converted.
