No S-Pen
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.why have the function of a 2 and 1 flex if you do not have the s pen to utilize all it as a tablet, note pad or sketch pad. I sketch so this is not working. Pretty much unfair to the consumers to sell a product with function unable to use.

Okay Buy. Some tech glitches
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the size. I am already having issues with it shutting down when I shut it (although it is set to only go to sleep) and some oversensitivity with the track pad that I don’t know how to fix. Will need to take it to Geek Squad

Loved it til it broke after a month
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The features are great: speedy , touchscreen is nice , not overwhelming in that it’s simple to navigate . Ever since I bought it , it would freeze at least once a day. I had to restart it each time . NOW (a single month later) it shut down and will not start at all. Completely frustrating as a student to now have to deal with warranties . Surprise - Best Buy is no help.

Loud and expensive.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My only issues with this laptop are the poor track pad experience, very loud fans at idle, and screen quality is poor. Samsung bloatware everywhere and honestly other laptops in this price range are better.

Ok purchase.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like this computer, but the volume is not that great. it could be louder or the speakers are in the wrong place (bad idea ) to place the speakers in the bottom of the computer. other than that is good.

Not worth the $
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A good looking computer but overheated on me 2 months later. Geek squad most likely will have to replace it. I do not recommend this product.

Do not buy.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop back in August and until last week, it worked really well. (Except for the fingerprint sign in which stopped working after I cleaned my keyboard.) Now, I can't stream anything. I was in the middle of a google meet call and it stopped working. Zoom no longer works and I can't get it to stream anything either. No idea what's going on. I'm not the most technical person, but I have older computers that do all of these things just fine. I wouldn't buy another one. Such a disappointment.

Not the Best Samsung Book after all
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed how this product did not perform as the Samsung Book laptops I have used in the past. You can not use a normal surface pen but another Wacomb type stylus. The handwriting would not flow properly, parts of the letters would be missing. I tested to ensure the problem was not with the OneNote application I was using. Sadly I returned this and purchased something else.

great screen, okay laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great screen and color. I had thought it supported soen but does not even though documentation says it. I went for a different laptop that has a stylus storage.

Reboots spontaneously!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer is very good. But it has a MAJOR issue. It reboots on its own, whether it's installing updates or not. I've only got it 12 days ago and it has done that almost 7-9 times! I tried everything. It's not a virus (i've just bought it! Plus, i scanned it to confirm). I tried setting my internet connection to a "metered connection" according to Samsung's recommendation for solving this problem. All in vain... Very disappointed.

Complete waste of money
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely disappointed with this item. Since day one the battery doesn’t keep their promise of 18.5 hours, hardly four to six, a least the charge is fast. Now, after only eight months of use, the battery only keeps two or three hours, and the keyboard is present some issues, some keys doesn’t work. It’s a complete waste of money!

Truly Ultra
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is, quite simply, the Windows laptop to get. The screen is gorgeous, the internals rival those of ultrabooks that are hundreds of dollars more, and the battery life is insanely good. And by "insanely good," I mean I haven't been able to fully deplete it yet, even after running it for the better part of a day and a half. I finally gave up and plugged it in, because I wanted to use it again later and didn't want to wait around to complete my battery endurance test. The laptop is well-designed, with a satisfyingly durable metal chassis and a strong, but pliable, hinge for the folding lid. You can completely confident the hinge will last no matter how many different configurations you fold and bend the laptop into. The two-in-one design is a real nice feature for content creators and students, as tablet mode automatically executes and reading applications become eminently easier to work with. Photo touch-ups are excellent in this mode, too, though this variant requires a separate purchase of a stylus to truly unlock all the Samsung tablet-mode smart features. The touchscreen is responsive and precise, and doesn't have that murky appearance that comes from poorly-applied oleophobic treatments that other manufacturers use. Unlike other touchscreen laptops, the display on this model is clear and crisp, and basically indistinguishable from a standard display. And what a display it is. The QLED screen is stunning; you'll notice a difference even as you're walking through the WIndows 10 setup steps after first boot. Colors are bright and punchy, and there's a healthy vibrancy seen in colors on the red and orange end of the spectrum. Many people seem to legitimately prefer the colder, bluer displays of LCD screens, claiming that these produce more natural color, but I absolutely love the saturated colors. One of the first things I did with this machine was start editing photos and watching videos just to see how differently they looked on this display compared to my older work laptop. I was taken aback. I'm now seeing subtle gradations between blues and teals and entire hues of gold and amber in movies I've seen hundreds of times before but either never noticed, or simply couldn't detect on an inferior display. The display is "only" 1080p, but that is absolutely no complaint here; it looks far better than the vast majority of mid-range Quad HD televisions I've seen. Performance-wise, this laptop is a beast. The Core i7 and 12GB RAM combination equip the computer to handle anything the vast majority of users can throw at it. I work with music production software, which is notoriously resource-intensive, and this little machine handles every simultaneous audio channel and plug-in with ease. If you write and record music and simply prefer the Windows software ecosystem (because there's always some special, obscure little program that does something really cool in the Windows ecosystem), this is your next laptop. There's two regular USB ports and an additional USB-C port for audio interfaces or microphones. Video creators could also quite easily add an external capture card to this computer and be completely confident it could handle recording with no lag, stutter, or loss. Internal storage is an ample 512GB, and there's a microSD slot for easily file transfer. The keyboard is well-built and backlit, and the keys have a decent amount of travel. The fingerprint sensor is actually better than expected, too; I have virtually no fingerprints left, and it can still detect mine, which is more than any cellphone I've ever used can do. The battery seriously has to be used to be believed. Windows laptops have notoriously short battery life, so to use a Windows 10 computer that lasts for 18 hours or more is mind-blowing. I expected the advertised claims of battery life to be marketing hyperbole; nope, they're completely accurate. This will be one of the longest-lasting laptops you've ever used, and without question the longest-lasting Windows laptop. I have no idea what dark magic enables a full Windows 10 build running on top of i7 to last this long, but I love it. There are only a couple of things to find fault with on this computer. First, the audio is very good ,but not excellent. Second, there's no Ethernet port, which I know is by no means necessary, but still something I'm used to seeing on a Windows machine. Third, and most importantly, the heat or exhaust vents aren't placed in the best of locations. The largest one faces the rear, but when the laptop lid is open, it partially blocks the vent. The second vent is on the underside, which of course is blocked most of the time the laptop is on a table or in your lap. I don't know if heat buildup or poor heat dispersal will be a problem down the road for this model, but given how carefully everything else is engineered, I'm inclined to think the designers took this into consideration. Some users might complain that the laptop is heavy when used in tablet mode, but "heavy" here means, like, a couple of pounds, and is nothing to ward most users away. In all, I highly, highly recommend this if you're in the market for a reasonably priced but powerful Windows laptop. Much better than competing models at similar prices.

Adequate laptop.
