The shift key on the right is not a full key which makes fast typing/keyboarding a problem. Half of the shift key is the fingerprint ID.

Started well. After less than 2 weeks, it began to overheat and processed very slow.

Wifi disconnect frequently or if you close the laptop or when switching programs

Just buy the macbook. I am shocked this computer doesn't shut down when you type in "ease of use." It takes 3 different settings windows to adjust the volume on a specific app for a specific speaker instead of just using the regular audio setting to adjust the volume. When I used the macbook it would just connect to the same speaker and play music and I could use either the speaker or computer volume to change how loud the speaker was. Also the bluetooth option just completely disabled itself and the customer service to go with the computer was non-existent. Lastly, the keyboard is so small you will spend 90% of your typing time correcting stuff because the buttons are so awkwardly small. Absolutely awful computer; for $800 I did not even get 1/8 of what I paid for... thank God that was the sale price. Should have been free.

Fan keeps coming ON without even doing anything. Weight, screen and ports are good. Battery life is 4-5 hours NOT as claimed . Returned in 2 days

Although I like this it the computer has some malfunctions. Otherwise i would give a five star rating.

I returned it due to loud noise of installation and the cover and keyboard keys arent sturdy for me.

Features not enough for the price initially offered. Could have made it a little cheaper

I really liked this but the mouse has issues and would sometimes freeze. I exchanged it for a new one and then the mouse pad stopped working all together a couple days after getting it. Very disappointed because I had been pleased with the laptop otherwise. Had to settle for a dell laptop which isn’t my favorite but at least I’m not having issues

Great for the price but do not like the silver keyboard, makes it hard to see.

Light weight and sleek design however it crashed on me twice within the first two weeks.

Looks very nice but has to many problems when flipping the book

I really wanted to love this. Did a ton of research switching from my 6 year old mac book pro. Didn't even last 24 hours. Samsung features not syncing, issues with basic web pages loading, some glitch that kept saying it needed to update but would pop up over and over after running the update. Took it back for a new mac book air. Not a single problem

I like the computer but there a few problems. It turns off randomly when the battery is charged without saving. The keyboard lights flicker on and off while in use. And other random glitches. I returned my previous Samsung book flex because of these reasons but it may just be a problem across this edition.

We bought this laptop for my wife to do her Graduate coursework on and it has been nothing but issues. Every time the laptop "sleeps" it resets her browser and anything else she has open. She really likes the laptop and said that she would find a way to make it work or find a way to just deal with it but it has since failed to save multiple papers and other assignments that she has spent hours re-doing. We are out of the return window now so there isn't much that we can do except warn other possible buyers about our experience.

Nice performance. 2 drawbacks - no stylus and no Face ID recognition

As much as it was promising I end up having to return the computer since it would not run video software and live stream. Too much load on the CPU for these activities. Simple set up and definitely good for a beginning but for high end processes it may not be the best.

Ok i guess not much user time. Bought so i could use with a tool

I brought my laptop on June 22, 2020 only use it to do internet searches. Three weeks later the screen went blank, completely black. I took it to best buy and was told ny their Geek squad that the motherbord was bad and had gone out. Three weeks after purchasing. Now I am going through a leasing program for the laptop and it is a hassle trying to have someone replace or repair it. Which if it's a new laptop, three weeks in I shouldn't need either. I dont understand why i was given a refurbished laptop when I went there to buy new.
