Look and work great but downloading of email is taking time.

Laptop would not setup properly. Each time I attempted to go to Microsoft for updates or to log onto a Microsoft website I was blocked by "could not be found" or a general error. Microsoft Edge would not work and would not update. Downloaded Google Chrome but still was block from reaching any Microsoft website. I'm returning tomorrow, next day after purchase for a full refund. If a computer cannot work correctly coming out of the box then there is a factory error and I'm not buying factory errors.

Can’t get that thing to work no matter what. The device won’t even recognize it has a camera. I’m returning. Other than that the computer is just average. Would not recommend paying so much for this laptop.

I would of loved if the Galaxy book came with a pen

This Samsung laptop is a great 13" 2in1 option. The screen is awesome. It's got several different settings as well as an 'outdoor' setting that ups the brightness (many disclaimers on hurting battery life, but a great option to have either way). The screen is clear and crisp. The colors are bright and vibrant and the Full HD on a 13" screen is great. The battery life is awesome also. It streamed HD video for 6 hours at full brightness without a problem. There are a lot of battery extender options that I'm sure you could get close to the 17 hours claimed. The system is fast and smooth. The SSD hard drive is quick and good sized at 512GB. I like some of the little options that Samsung has like the screen privacy and adjustable keyboard brightness. The speakers are good volume and clear. The laptop weight is great for carrying and the thickness is great. It's squared off edges on this thin a laptop is actually easier to carry than all the rounded or tapered edge laptops of late. The only downside I had with it was none of my USB-C chargers would charge the laptop through the port. I tried a RAVPower battery bank, Platinum charger and and off brand charger. All three of those will charge 15" Dell and HP laptops but none would charge this laptop. Hopefully Samsung can update that with a BIOS update, if not with this battery life it is probably not that big of a problem. Overall I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Microphone died within 3 months. Samsung will repair it but they have to have the laptop for 7-14 days. This being the primary PC the repair option is unacceptable. With a flimsy 1 year warranty Samsung should have an option to send a spare or straight exchange. Screen bows in the middle after several openings and have to be bent back... scary. Maybe good for light use or desktop decoration but avoid if you need a tool for work or study.

Work good for 3 months now its not turning on I use it for work and I have 2 anti-virus running on it. Last time I'm buying a Samsung product very poorly made might start to invest in Apple seems more reliable these days.

It started to give me problems as soon as I started using it. Their technician could not fixed it. Even worse, it was returned to me with more issues than the one I needed to get fix.

Not very good had hardware issues right out of the box. Camera didn't work and geek squad couldn't fix it was not installed at factory. Returned it 2 days later.

I returned this laptop in less than 3 weeks. Everything was fine until today. The software started having errors and screen popped up stating some Samsung installed programs were not allowing it to reset. Virus screening came back clean.....I could not format micro SD cards among other issues. It would not allow me to attempt to reboot. Unfortunate as I have enjoyed my Samsung Galaxy watches. Thought I would try one of their laptops since positive experience with watches.

This laptop has a defective hinge. It is designed to be used folded backwards and tented. The very first time I opened it in this manner the hinge would not allow it to be reclosed completely. I had only owned the laptop three months when this happened. I made an appointment with the geek squad. I thought it would be a simple fix. I was told it would have to be sent to Chicago at my expense and I would incur whatever the factory might charge to repair it. I am very disappointed. I will not purchase another computer from Bestbuy.

I'm using this laptop as a primary replacement for an older laptop was used primarily for work. I was looking for something with a powerful processor, 8GB + ram and an SSD. This Samsung delivers. Key things I like on this laptop: - 10th Gen Intel processor is great for multi-tasking and having numerous programs / windows open at once. - 12 GB Ram again really helps with multi-tasking, browsing the web, using office applications, etc. - Battery Life: I can go almost all day using the laptop without it having to be charged. - Light: this laptop is a little over 2lbs, and feels really light, making travel a breeze. Things to note: I wouldn't recommend this laptop for someone who does heavy gaming. The integrated Intel graphics works fine for casual gaming, but don't expect it to deliver performance that rivals laptops or desktops that have a dedicated GPU. It's not meant for that audience, so I'm not deducting any stars from my review for it. Yes, this folds into a tablet and can be used that way, but I have no intention to really use it as that and is not a focus of my review. I'm just mentioning it as something it can do, but note that the stylus is not included and is an extra purchase. Overall this is a great machine and I've happily transitioned all of my daily tasks to using this as my primary device.

I was disappointed; I had to return this product. Right after setting everything up, I was using the laptop and it warmed up really quickly. Also, the screen will glitched every time I would opened the computer and sometimes it didn't want to turn on. I did this purchase online; I usually like to buy my tech in person to see the quality of the material, but as I feared, the the material was very delicate/fragile. I usually buy Samsung products and this is the first time I'm completely disappointed.

It broken when it fell from the table after 45 days and I didnt purchase the warranty. Put it still works, just not the touch screen.

Camera and microphone don’t work and now i have to spend time getting my laptop to a best buy when i’m currently in school.

Within a few hours of unboxing and initial startup and with absolutely no jostling, it developed a display screen defect with a horizontal black line across the middle and an intersecting vertical red line also in the middle. Updated drivers, reset to factory settings, no use. Had to return and decided on a Lenovo. Can't recommend.

Very disappointed in this computer. Key board is awful. Constant problems with my email. I have had to go to the Geek Squad at least 5 times since my purchase.
