Wow this Samsung laptop is lightening fast, lightweight, and built of high quality materials. I only use this for browsing the web and emails, and it’s perfect for that. I love that you can fold in half and use as a tablet as well, which isn’t overly awkward with the 13” screen. I love the look of this laptop, the functionality of it, and the qled screen is awesome as well. I’m extremely happy with this and would recommend to anyone looking for a laptop. The ONLY downside is the battery life is not the best. I’d rather it be a little bigger to get more battery but nothing is perfect. I can browse the web for long enough though. If you’re on the edge, go get this! It’s really nice!!

Constantly crashed & took 10 minutes to connect to WiFi each time. Finally took a final dump with 1 month of warranty left & samsung said they wouldn't cover it due to corrosion that I guess had been there the whole time. Wanted to charge me the entire price of the computer to fix.

When typing if you only slightly touch more than one key or the wrong key, the cursor jumps to some other illogical location

It was good until keyboard gets damaged after one year use. It was fantastic. I loved them.

After 1 year and 2 months the touchscreen was very inaccurate, 2 months later touch screen is not working at all, can not be used as a tablet. Calling Samsung support and the only suggestion was to tun it off and tuning on. I regret buying this. I will recommend buying Dell instead

They offer accidental coverage then when you bring it in for repair. They "upgrade" the item repaired for a 3 month old computer. Then tell you they have to charge you to upgrade the software so the computer will function to its entirety. Oh and AFTER they repair it tell you now that its been repaired your manufacturing warranty is now void.

This is the worst and most expensive laptop I've ever bought. Slow and will not stay connected to the internet. Unfortunately I didn't use it right away. A 30 day return period is BS for something this expensive!

I got 13 inch size to carry around with me and 15.6 inch to use at home. For some reason, 13 inch is not great as 15.6 inch one. Comparison days only difference is size but it's not when you are actually using it. Will be returning and trying 13 inch Ion model

I went thru the process to go personally to the Hato Rey Store. When I found out that I needed to order and wait for a pick up. The store attendant gave me a date, then I got another, then another until I cancelled the order. I believe that with the systems that we have today, we can do a lot better than three strikes.

Computer it was always messing up, and after a year and 3 months and half now my daughter can’t open any icons she needs to turn off and the back on, so disappointed with the brand, it since they made products to last only for a year or so, save your money

Purchased Aug 25 2020. Been to Geek Squad twice so far to get fixed. First time would not charge. Second time nothing black screen would.not turn on. Well its.not charging again. Returning to geek squad again. Ready to ask for full refund and.full refund on my extra protection.

Works great for a day or so then blue tooth disappears, updates disappear and many more apps disappear. Had to reinstall windows again works great for a day or so then reinstall it again. I returned and got another one and the same thing happened. Samsung has no business being in computers!

This Samsung laptop has a great build, I personally really like that the bezels are extremely narrow and the laptop is very thin. The build makes it feel very light and compact to take with me wherever I need it. The battery lasts really long and the screen has quite vivid colors. The QLED screen makes the laptop's colors look very precise and sharper than any other laptop screen and even quite a few monitors I have used. I personally have found that the entire laptop does pick up more fingerprints than I am used to, but the touch screen is super accurate and responsive. It runs very quiet and cool even with the fans turning on when playing more demanding games/having simultaneous programs running. The Bluetooth connection with my headphones did have occasional interruptions, short buzzing sound, that I have only had happen with this laptop. The interruptions occurred approximately once an hour or two. The boot up time is very fast less than 10 seconds from off to into a program. The laptop handled light gaming really well and had no problems with cpu intensive tasks. Apart from the occasional Bluetooth interruption and being a fingerprint magnet, it is a solid laptop and I really like it.

The audio is not great and the picture quality sucks.

Absolutely do not get a Samsung laptop. They have a bug that causes the computer to crash and restart several times a day. This is a known issue and if you Google it and has remained unresolved for years.

Very lightweight, loads fast, graphics are phenomenal. Excellent quality.

Since the day I bought it I try to find why the microphone was not working. After a month now Samsung technician told me that he’s not working and he’s a hardware problem and I’m gonna have to return the product. I am very disappointed with Samson products

The merchandise is ok but I felt pressure to purchase it due to the pandemic every sale rep lie. I wanted a Dell but the sale rep stated this was all and he didn't know when the new shipment will be in.I paid to much for this computer total RIP off.
