This is the worst buy I've made from best buy. Bought feb in new box. However it came used from Decembwr. The keyboard doesn't work and speaker doesn't work. Best buy starting to slack man. They think I should keep this trash

The computer never worked, and upon inspection by the Geek Squad it was determined that the hard drive was not made by Samsung, and it was defective. We took our store credit and bought a HP.

This laptop was ahead of its time. I purchased it in 2020 and the RAM is still sufficient for todays speeds. The touch screen feature is very convenient but leaves finger prints on the screen. The battery life is still long lasting. And it's very sleek.

After less than 30 days, my Samsung computer completely stopped working. I have scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad for Monday, February 22nd, but let me know if there is anything else I need to do before then.

Returned it after using. The machine did not make an iota of a different in my computing speed from my 7 yr old Lenovo Yoga. Such lackluster performance. The mirrory QLED screen turned out to be a distraction.

THIS COMPUTER SUCKS. I HAVE HAD TO RESET IT MULTIPLE TIMES AT THIS POINT AND NOW I CANT RETURN THE FLIPPING THING BECAUSE ITS PAST THE TIME. IT KEEPS HAVING PROBLEMS. NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW.

Paid more for this that others there. Mic and camera stopped working a few weeks after it was purchased.

I return this item because arrived with chocolate in the board. And in the cover have a scratch

Its already getting slow. Freezes up about 4 times a day and have to restart. With recent update, bluetooth no longer works.

Wouldn't turn on out of box and has defects on the body. Makes weird electrical noises when it finally turned on. AVOID this laptop.

Mouse doesn’t work, i never can find it. I cant import my pictures from my iPhone i regret my purchase :(

My fan started tearing itself a part just a year after purchase.

three months in and track pad not working at all spent over $900 too bad returning and getting another unit

Sad to learn my laptop does not have a camera. I have to jump through hoops to get one.

I love almost everything about this notebook. It's fast and powerful. Screen is amazingly clear and bright. It's so lightweight and small it really is like carrying a tablet, and it's actually usable in tablet mode, unlike a lot of larger 2 in 1's. I use it in short sprints, so can't speak to the battery life but I get a full day plus of intermittent use on one charge. It came pretty free of bloatware (I don't mind the Samsung apps because I have a Samsung phone, and this actually integrates nicely). The fingerprint reader seemed like a gimmick at first, but it works so well it actually has become a favorite feature. The speakers are a little tinny. But the one thing that leaves me on the fence is the keyboard. It's flush with the deck and the keys have no audible or tactile feedback. They're very soft touch. I much prefer the Surface Book or Lenovo Yoga keyboards.

The new Samsung flex alpha is a sleek 2-in-1 laptop that handled everything I dished out. With the latest i7 processor and 12 GB Ram, and 512 GB SSD, I had no issues running anything I wanted. I never saw memory over 49% and CPU was always less than 15% when I checked it. I’m thinking this could handle quite a few games with maybe excluding the ones that are really graphics intensive. The fingerprint reader is very responsive. The keyboard is better than others I’ve tried. I always miss the 10 key on these smaller laptops. Photo editing was a breeze even with the Photos app built into windows. I create content all the time for my many interests and never had any issues with pictures, slideshows, videos, or updating my web pages. This laptop is a quite a power machine. Its display is fantastic! Colors are gorgeous and dynamic! The touch display is very responsive and precise. In tablet mode, the keyboard is very responsive as well. In fact, I typed some of this in tablet mode. Here are a few things I wish it had: Thunderbolt ports. These are USB-C but they are not thunderbolt. It also has an ac adapter that’s not thunderbolt either. It also is missing the power sharing that is available in the other flex model released when this was. These are not necessarily deal breakers though they would be a nice addition. The Samsung update software is a bit faulty. It completed some updates right out of the box for drivers, however one update just failed to finish. Battery life is great, but I’ve not been able to get 18+ hours on a full charge. Right now, I’ve had it up from a full charge for about 3 hours and it shows that I have just over 7 hours remaining. I’m sure it’s better in battery saver mode, but I prefer power over battery life. This laptop sure hits the sweet spot for performance and style with a fantastic display.
