This computer is so fast, and its light. I am not worried about dropping because its easy to carry. It's sleek and built very sturdy. Other brands I have found to break down easy like the siding starts moving, but this one is built so well that I do not thing any of it will come undone. I love that I can fold it backwards and use it as a tablet while reading my online textbooks. I am an engineering student, starting my main classes next semester. My dad says it will be able to handle CAD. I bought a 13 inch case for it that's normally for macs, but it fits perfectly.

I have a small business and between email and content making with graphics to client retention and zoom meetings, my Samsung is the perfect companion!!! Flexible and reliable... fast and compact!!!

The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha is an amazing laptop. I switched to this laptop from the MacBook Air. This laptop is extremely lightweight, very user friendly, fast, and has excellent graphics.

Great laptop. This has great storage and memory for those who need to complete the everyday task. Very lightweight. It is compact and convenient to put in my large purse when I want to consolidate to 1 bag. The problem with the consolidation is the keyboard is compact and hand placement for typing has to be adjusted. The backlight on the keyboard is great for when working in dim places. This laptop works also as a tablet. I would recommend doing this as you will wear out the hinges. Touch-Screen is great as well. I like that this laptop has fingerprint log-in. This laptop syncs up with any Samsung devices you have if you want that.

Meets or exceeds all my expectations. It's very light, almost bulletproof, and is pretty fast. I am replacing a two year old gaming laptop that is literally held together with duct tape and bolts, and the Samsung is about as fast. Most of the apps I use require an external drive, so the 500g SSD is more than adequate for my needs. It has not overheated, and the screen resolution is very good for a machine of this size and price. I needed 2 USB ports and an HDMI port, so this one fits the bill. The flat keyboard is not what I'm used to, but I quickly got used to it. Since I'm very hard on laptops, I purchased the extended warranty this time.

I bought this for my 14 year old son who attends an online charter school. It has been absolutely what he needed. He had been using an older Chromebook and needed an upgrade. This was a great choice. It does exactly what he needs and has the memory and speed to be able to store his GoPro videos and pictures as well as his school work. It is quick and responsive and the screen clarity is great.

Great computer for the price and the specifications. The display and speed is phenomenal. Sadly the speakers are a little low but I typically wear headphones so no real concern there.

Good laptop in general but few things can better. Lately Ive been having issues with it restarting out of the blue. Saying it found an "issue" while the laptop is brand new and updated. And its becoming a hassle since i use it for work. But other than that its a great laptop and im guessing its just the unit I was sold. But do I recommend it, yes I do. Its a laptop meant for the people looking to do a little of everything. Great feel to the keyboard. And very responsive screen to the touch. Also great battery to my standards. And on another note its great for my compatibility with my other Samsung devices. And would be handy if it came with an S pen included.

It's been working great so far! I got a satisfactory open-box and other than having some issues getting a Windows key (which the store just got a new key after some research that came up empty), the computer has been incredibly fast and done everything I need it to do. There is also an Outdoor+ mode for the screen, which makes it brighter and adjusts some other things for when in sunlight or a very bright room. The only downside is the speakers aren't very loud - doesn't bother me because I use external monitors and speakers for sound anyway. Oh, also I love the ports it has while not being extra thick.

Purchased this computer as a replacement for one 5+ years old, very lightweight but feels very sturdy. Standard features of the I7 plus 12GB memory were great for the price.

This is an excellent 2 in 1 for the price. It ran a little hot at first but i got an update that seems to have resolved that issue.

I really love the Samsung Galaxy Flex Alpha. Wonderful to hold and look at. A fine piece of shiny engineering, the perfect size at 13.3”, stunning Qled picture. Watching hi def movies On it is amazing. Easy setup easy connectivity. Simple Smart shiny. Has the perfect number of ports and I love the USB Type C port to port to my 30” external HD monitor! Very quiet I never hear it. Keyboard size is big for My big hands so That’s good. Backlit keyboard, nice. Small size easy and light to carry around. I7 cpu 512 G SSD 12 Mb Ram. This laptop can do anything you can throw at it. Couldn’t be happier!!!

I love it, has a fast I7 intel, light weight, easy to carry, nice touch screen and nice to draw. Long battery duration, nice speakers. I feel is a nice inversion.

For sure the "Alpha" version of the Flexbook series is the cheapest laptop of Samsung's new lineup. No built in charging pad and NO S PEN. ( i thought it had both before purchase). But as is, its a really powerful 2 in 1 touch screen. 12G Memory with 512GB is more than enough space for the average user like myself. I do not game so i dont have to worry about over heating issues. It pairs well with my Note 10+, able to set my phone aside and never pick it up. All notifications are right here on the laptop. Overall 3.7: good buy

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before submitting my review. I work in IT and picked this laptop for my kid who is doing homeschool during the pandemic. This PC is GREAT value for the money. Super sharp screen, fast processor, 12GB of RAM is nice, but those are rookie numbers and an extra $40 for more RAM is worth it. No issues at all with this laptop. I would definitely recommend to anyone doing school, work, or stock trading. Probably not strong enough compared to most gaming laptops, but you wouldn't be buying this if you were looking for a serious gaming laptop.

Fast computer with lots of space. Touch screen is great to use. Very reponsive and s great tablet. Perfect size and great battery.

Really enjoy this windows 2-in-1. Great screen resolution, premium feel, fingerprint reader. I prefer the touchpad of a MacBook, but this one is pretty good too. Nice to have the touch screen also. This lightweight device works well for doing business from home, video conferencing. I am in healthcare, bought this for my wife in healthcare. Think I may buy a second for my work use as EMR and other business activities just work better through windows. I only wish Office were included. I caught it on a sale but would have bought it at the regular price too as it was the best value when compared to others in its class.

I purchased this computer because I used to heft around a 17.3 HP. For starters this laptop is quite lightweight and is impressive for its size. The battery life is respectable ranging from about 5-7hours. As a college student, I am able to access everything from MatLab to Logger Pro and not be by an outlet. Still, I'm mostly indoors so I use the battery saver setting. In the owners manual, it mentions an S-Pen but it does not come with one. The touch screen is compatible with the bamboo ink stylus if you decide to look for one. I was fortunate to get this on sale, but even for full price, I'd say its worth it.
