I had this laptop since 2021 and honestly, it's my best purchase ever. It feels premium, it's very beautiful, it's a 2-in-one laptop, very bright and the fan noise is almost not noticeable. My only problem with it is the battery goes down very fast, when the laptop gets heated, the keyboard is too hot to the touch causing your fingers to hurt, and because it is very bright, in classroom setting you are not able to bring the brightness as low as you'd like. I do recommend this laptop if you are planning to use it just for day-to-day work or even school work but if you are planning on gaming on this or using it for a whole day, or have to run very hard software, then I probably don't recommend but in general, it's a very good laptop.

So far it works great! Retains power efficiently and the conversion into a tablet works great its been 3 years and I have not had any trouble. Light weight and does not overheat

Having this computer for almost 4 years now, I will say it was worth the money. My only complaint is that the light on they keyboard can make it hard to see what key I am pushing.

I love this laptop. It paired easily to my phone and helped me get through school. All thevfeatures were easy to use but the only thing is i wish it came with microsoft but its great without it

This is a powerful little 2in1! Very fast, no lag. I wasn't sure if I would gain much but this 10th gen i7 is leaps ahead and noticeably faster than my previous 8th gen i5 laptop. I also wasn't sure about the 2in1 vs standard laptop but I'm totally sold on it now after using this for a few weeks. It seamlessly flips from laptop to tablet and back again. It's so thin and light that it really does feel like a tablet, not a dictionary when used in tablet mode. My favorite part about this though is the QLED touch screen, so incredibly beautiful!! Screen has amazing clarity, brightness, contrast, etc. Everything we've learned to love about Samsung big screen tv's is packed into this small package - absolutely amazing picture for all uses.

I bought this laptop in 2020 and it's still in perfect shape. It has a lot of space and it's fast.

I bought this laptop almost exactly 3 years from writing this review, and I have to say that in the 3 years of owning it, it has served me well. It can do whatever you want it to do, but of course there are limitations.

Great product, never had an issue with it. Use daily for work-a lot of office apps

I've been using this laptop for about a week and I become more impressed every time I use it. This is a quality product if you're looking for a small, portable device. It runs fast and smooth and the fingerprint sensor is convenient and works well. The back lit keyboard is a nice touch, making it nice to look at as well as nice to use. I start college in the Fall so having this laptop is going to be huge. Love it!

First off love how it looks and how slim it is, with one flip of the screen you now have a tablet. Speech recognition is works great, easy to handle, has hdmi ports, this laptop reminds me of other well know brand of laptops yet this one is more stylish. i love everything about this laptop, reonds fast has enough memory and as we know if that is not enough for you you can always get extra.

Probably one of the best laptops I have ever had. I have worked from home on it and am currently doing my online school. It’s really such a great purchase.

This has been my primary laptop for college. I love it. It is fast and gives me the ability to do what I need. I have not had an issue yet, and this is my third year with it.

I got this for my boys for Christmas and its done everything they needed and more. I love Samsung and this laptop did not disappoint for kids using it for online school during Covid!
