Battery life is NOT as advertised.

Cons: - Battery life is 6-6.5 hours at the most given constant use with most of the energy draining features turned off or turned down low. That's really disappointing. Not sure how you would get 15+ hours. Turn the screen off and don't touch it? - Screen size is too small and because the the screen and the whole laptop are so small, you really have to bend your neck and look at a bad angle. More so than with larger laptops. - Feels delicate because it is so light, but hopefully it is sturdy enough. - Drive is 25% used right out of the box. Pros: - Lightweight. - Sexy. - Charges quickly, right around 2 hours from 5% to 100% but also drains quickly (see above). - Boots quickly (about 15 seconds and your on the desktop. Shuts down in 5 seconds. - Screen resolution and picture quality are good. - Finger print scanner works really well. - Good processing speed between the CPU, the SSD and the amount of RAM, it is relatively fast when launching and using apps. Verdict: I gave it 3 stars because of the battery life and screen size. It will get you by from time to time as a pure laptop or tablet if you are at home or take it on the road. However, if you plan to keep this laptop plugged in all the time and you also connect it to an external monitor, it is worth the $850.00 sale price. I would not pay the full retail price of $1000.00 for this laptop no matter what, so wait for a sale!

Significant issues, bad customer service support

This computer started off great -- looking sleek and shiney with great features. Quickly, however, it went downhill and Samsung has not been helpful. Keys on the keyboard easily get stuck -- so far, the T, the A, and the Z have all taken turns not working for hours or days. When I put my computer to sleep, it continues to make a ton of noise supposedly working on something and runs down the battery very quickly; as a result, I now only use the hibernate setting. I have the settings so my screen goes off after 4 minutes but that my computer won't go to sleep (hibernate, due to the sleep problems listed above) for 20 minutes, but if I walk away from my computer for more than 5 minutes it completely restarts and I lose everything I was working on. This is after disabling all of the auto-restart settings with both Samsung and Microsoft updates. I called Samsung customer service for help. After an hour of looking through things, we decided I should reset my computer from scratch (after only 2 months of owning it, by the way). The technician told me he would call me back after the computer reset itself so he could help me go through settings. I never heard back. What does a warranty even mean if the computer stops working but the customer service sucks? I have found workarounds for some of this -- I only use hibernate, and I don't walk away from my computer without putting it on hibernate for fear it will restart while I run to the bathroom, even. However, the sticky keyboard is not a problem I can work through. I feel like I completely wasted this money and am still left with a poorly working computer. Here's to hoping it lasts a few years despite this, though I highly doubt that.

I really wanted to love this computer. It's super light weight, the keyboard is a dream to type on and it's super fast. BUT It overheats so bad. I would stick it in my backpack for 30 minutes on sleep mode and it would be so hot that you couldn't touch it. I've had laptops get a little warm or even hot, but never a laptop that would be scorching hot when in a backpack and not in use. I returned it immediately, I didn't want to risk the thing catching on fire in my backpack while walking on campus.

Everything is excellent, except for the camera

Ì was incredibly happy about this laptop. I thought that I finally found "the one". The design is pretty and elegant. The keyboard is smooth. The screen resolution is great, and the overall function, as well. Now, I became disappointed when I started a meeting via Google Meet and realized that I looked blurry. I looked and looked. I found out that this phenomenal laptop has a 720p webcam. This is immensely disappointing. I want the camera's image to be sharp; however, this will not do. I will return it. I would recommend this laptop to someone who will not use the camera. It doesn't work for me, though.
