I LOVE this laptop. I bought it so that I could work remotely and have never had an issue with connecting to my work server and the speed is great. I also use it to play games (Sims 4) and for crafting (Cricut). I love the size, it's small but not too small which is great for me because I was not looking for a big computer. I don't use it much in tablet mode but it's great to have the option and it works well. This computer is fast and sleek, the speakers aren't too loud but that was not a deal breaker for me. The keyboard lights up great which is nice to night working/playing.

I am a fan of Samsung products. This is a very compact, lightweight, smoking fast laptop. Display is crystal clear. Very responsible and doesn't get hung up.

Bought this to replace me Sony Vaio and chromebook. I needed a laptop that could use Microsoft office simultaneously like Excel and word all while on zoom. My Vaio and chromebook could do it all except they couldn't handle zoom and froze. I am happy to report I've been able to do all the above without any problems. I am finance student so I needed a reliable and fast laptop. We do a lot of group work using multiple programs so I needed something that could keep up. So far so good. Will update if anything changes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fast processor that is usually found in $1200+ laptops, so is very responsive and snappy. Really love the screen as well, very vibrant colors and the shadows are so detailed. Glad they used the same tech that is in their televisions. It also feels very premium, and the chrome finish around the laptop gives it an elegant look. Only complaint is that the audio is coming through the bottom of the laptop, which sound a bit distorted and would have been much better if the audio was firing from the sides or above the keyboard. That's me being picky and is really the only dislike. Great buy

Quick and easy to set up and use - very incredibly sleek, super lightweight. So far, everything is good, there have been some scratches on the bottom of the laptop, and it did shut down with the blue screen of death, and it does disconnect from the wifi randomly. I love that it folds back into a tablet, the screen is super responsive and I really enjoy using it like that. Great speakers and controls, awesome color screen - my one concern was the BSOD and the disconnection.

I bought this laptop for my high school child to do word processing and take classes online. The review were good and it should have enough RAM and a large enough hard drive for her to use this for the next 4-5 years. She loves it. The processor is fast and the battery lasts about 7 hours without a charge. It is plenty capable for doing papers and homework and taking classes on Zoom.

Very light and great keyboard. The screen is incredible. This little samsung really performs. Long battery life also. Samsung quality is excellent.

Great laptop for a great price, got top tier specs (i7, 12GB ram, touchscreen, etc) for a mid tier price. Definitely happy with this purchase

I absolutely love this computer. It is fast and light weight. The screen is amazing. It was easy to use. I love the touch screen and it folds back for a tablet. I contacted Samsung and they told me I could use a stylus that works with a Surface Pro. I purchased a stylus that works with Surface Pro’s but a different brand. It works great with the Samsung computer. Amazon Alexa was a nice bonus with this laptop, and we got it on a great sale.

Amazing laptop that has held up pretty good for almost three years!! I am sad that it has been discontinued.

Very lightweight, fast, and the duality is nice. Only downside is it doesn't have a stylus, which would help with the touch-screen ability.

I <3 this laptop. I bought it to replace a super clunky and heavy Lenovo X280 for work. I love that this one is much lighter and does even more, since I have a Samsung S10 that I can link to this. It's a beautiful design. Battery lasts all day even though I'm using it most of the time for internet, email, some video lectures, and to sync with my phone

This Samsung laptop is sleek, thin, portable, light, and powerful at a price that is better than its competitors. It has an outstanding QLED touchscreen display that is excellent! Love the touch ID security feature and HDMI connection for hooking up to external monitors. Fold it back and use it as a tablet! I brought this for my wife and she loves using it for everything. I'm thinking to get another one for myself. It's hard to find a better laptop with same features and specs in this price range.

I've used my compute for a week now. I am really happy with the purchase. All of my electronics are Samsung which led me to purchased this laptop. While I was aware of the camera quality when I made the purchase, the camera quality is something that Samsung could upgrade on future models. At this time, I do not have any major complaints. My last personal computer was a Toshiba that I bought from Best Buy. It was a great purchase, and it still works. However, it runs Vista, and that alone says enough.

the screen is bright and vivid. the battery Life is great, and the laptop is quiet. It is a beauty to look at and feels solid!
