Lightning Fast!!! Beautiful Screen!!! Does everything that I want. I have nothing bad to say about it!!!

Neat and compact device. Love that it's flexible and touch screen. I wish it were bigger, quality of the screen is amazing.

Good: Looks good and has a nice size. Very portable. CPU performance is pretty good for a laptop at this time (Sept. 2020). 12GB of RAM is acceptable and the flip screen usually works. It has most of the ports you need, so you don't have to bring an adapter to connect stuff. Bad: Constantly hitting the power button on the side. Most times I put it to sleep it crashes, so I have to start from scratch every time. The keyboard isn't so great, but that's how it goes with super slim laptops.

Picture quality is excellent due to the QLED screen and love the speed with the SSD. Love all the features as well.

This computer combines the comfort and utilities of a laptop w the flexibility of a tablet. The screen's image is fantastic. Size is excellent as a compromise between a tablet and a regular laptop, since the keyboard is big enough to sit down for some time, while it is small enough to use as a tablet. It is somewhat heavy to use as a tablet, so if you are more interested in using it as a tablet, I would not recommend it. I bought it because I use it more as laptop.

I really wanted to like this computer. It seems like an excellent value. However, I had to return it because the fan would not turn off. Disappointed about this issue. Other than that they display was excellent and it was super fast I just couldn't stand the non stop fan.

This laptop is amazing! I love the touch screen and all the features it comes with. Definitely a great price as well!

Let me start by saying the only complaint I can possibly think of. When in laptop mode and using the touch screen, the monitor will rock back and forth a little bit. Other than that, this thing is incredible. Lightweight and has an amazing screen. No, you are not going to do high-end video editing but as a media consumption device, this is perfect. Great for students who need a laptop to travel or someone sitting around the house watch youtube or streaming TV.

Got as a gift for my mom. She likes the speed of it and the touchscreen is useful for certain tasks as well.

This has been a great purchase. Super fast and incredibly light. Touch screen function works great too.

I picked it up yesterday and immediately got to work on it. Windows install was fast and easy, after downloading my preferred browser and installing that (all of this was super fast) I was able to go shopping for other things I need. I had 10 tabs open at one time and each tab loaded immediately! If you need something fast, but not gaming fast, the price point on this computer is very good. I don't do gaming, so this is perfect for me.

I really like this computer it does what it is supposed to. I'm coming from a 4yr old 2017 Dell 2 in 1, with intel core i5 with 8GB. This is way faster and battery life is a lot better. Being windows everything else is pretty much the same. Only time will tell if this one holds up better than my last. I wish they had the windows hello face login. I think samsung could have easily got this computer evo certified.

Buyer beware the USB 3.0 does not have enough power output to charge an iPad or at least 6th gen. A Pro that's smaller maybe. Not that big a deal since the USB-C does just know that you will now have to buy a cord to charge your laptop. The USB 3.0 will charge phones, bluetooth devices and you can use it to back up and transfer to and from your ipad just not charge it. The amperage and wattage output is not high enough from the USB 3.0. Major oops in the engineering design if you ask me. Other than that I like it. It's fast the setup was easy. The keyboard lay out does take a little getting use to as the keys don't stick up as much as they did on my HP X360 and the finger reader cuts the shift key in half. The Del key and arrows are smaller than I am used to as well. The screen is great the sound is good for a laptop gets loud enough but at max volume you can hear start to get scratchy but if you're at max volume either get your ears checked or you're in a loud enough environment that you should have headphones anyway. Any update including the samsung drivers have fouled it up though and that has become frustrating. Samsung support is hit or miss. I had trouble getting my mic and camera going and one tech told me I did not have a mic. Battery last more than enough. Good sturdy frame. There is no battery light indication or light that tells you it's even plugged in. Which is not a problem cause when it's on you can see the batter symbol on the task bar but if it's closed and not on there is no external light letting you know it's plugged in and charging or that it has finished charging which all the other laptops do and would be nice cause the battery takes forever to charge. Like 4 hours when it's at 40%.

Fast computer! Easy to work and very very thin! Good time of battery.
