I have a 15" laptop but I wanted a smaller one that is portable and can be used as a tablet with touch screen display. One of its best features is the QLED screen with vivid colors. I tested it using everyday for a month to see if any problem arises but to my delight, no problem has cropped up. The finger print sensor was fast to open the laptop. Speaker sound was acceptable however, using a headphones is preferable. I do recommend this laptop to my friends.

Love my new laptop. Easy to setup and very light to take and go. So far the speed has been good for everything I do.

I am really enjoying my purchase. I like - keyboard has a nice feel when I want to type - using the voice translator has been amazing. I am still learning but it is fun and a time saver - the touchscreen also has been enjoyable to use - the Microsoft feature/function write up has been quite helpful when I have wanted to learn something new or something I have forgotten -I did add the Geek service as well. It definitely gives me peace of mind

I like this laptop. Went with this over the Mac due to some software requirements that are t officially support in the new M1 processor. Feels solid. Been working flawless. It’s fast. Battery life is great. Screen is nice. Minor concern on the hinge design (time will tell) and wish it had thunderbolt charging. But otherwise, if you find it on sale, I recommend.

I got an open box (came with literally no box though), which consists of the ancient brick charger and laptop. First off it’s not as bright as other reviewers claimed. I used it in the library which has very high ceilings and dim light so it’s not bright unless you max it out (or change it to outdoors setting). Therefore, the battery drains really fast. I agree with other reviews, batter lasts 2-3 hours doing minimal stuff like YouTube or web browsing. You MUST out the laptop in “dark mode” in order for the colors to POP. In “light mode”, the colors are all too light and faded- which doesn’t FEEL like a QLED screen. I don’t know, not impressed with the qled screen...unless my Open Box laptop had the screen changed from Best Buy or the previous buyer. Also the laptop feels a little warm when I only was setting up the laptop and YouTube browsing for maybe half an hour. The laptop gets warm almost instantly. I got a laptop cooler, but still, just for let others know. Overall, I think this is a very overrated laptop (I mainly purchased it for the sale and mostly for the hyped screen brightness/quality and colors). Not impressed

This is the best laptop and has an amazing screen view. The display is clear, battery life is excellent, and easy to navigate.

Good product, just what I was needing, light, powerful, with Touch Screen, 16GB Memory and 512GB and at a very reasonable price.

We are very pleased with this laptop so far. It’s light and just the size we wanted for a family laptop. I highly recommend it.

Best computer ever, the cost is worth it, my only problem is the fact that i can't use and S pen with it. Other than that, this is everything i wanted for nursing school. It runs all rhe programs we use for e books and testing, it has a large enough memory storage space. Has a high speed and highl display. I can use it as a tablet. The great qualities are uncountable, i coukd go on and on.

Great computer so far. Incredibly lightweight and thin, and seems to be a powerhouse.

So far so good - have only had it a month Processing is quick enough for me, screen is crisp, and I like the touchscreen.
