Freezing problems

I only use it about 2-3 hours a day and turn it off when not in use. Samsung help has been horrible. Told to reset 3 times before they'll service it. Do not recommend at all.

I’m begging you, don’t buy this slow machine

Not just because of the 4GB of ram, the arm processor hits 100% on just about any task you do. Forget about installing Chrome, computer will be rendered useless once you open 1 Chrome Tab. Microsoft office doesn’t install on arm processors, you’re forced to use whatever version of 365 that’s installed.

Good entry level for web browsing

If you are a heavy user or need to access multiple programs, this is not the laptop for that. honestly, get a chromebook
