Not a quality computer. System not compatible with many apps and protection. Screen went out after using only times. I thought I could save money and just use as needed, but it was not worth it.

Good computer for the money. I recommend using a external mouse. That trackpad sometimes feels weird to use. Still i recommend this computer.

Purchased this little guy for the singular purpose of completing our business taxes using Turbo Tax. We are an Apple house, and the Business software if only for Windows. Happy it works and didn’t cost much.

This laptop is advertised as Windows 11, however it is Windows 10 and will not update to Windows 11. I also tried to factory reset mine the day after I got it (I didn’t know signing into my Microsoft Account would automatically transfer all of my stuff stored on my old laptop) and it would not factory reset. Was really disappointed. Did like the look of the computer but was not happy with two things going wrong the day I bought it, so I did return it the next day.

Liked the computer as far as style and ease of use as I had bought it for my 9-year-old Goddaughter; however, had to return it as it froze twice on me as we were setting it up.

This laptop was for my daughter and she loves it, she added that Geek-squad warranty to it & Im delighted to say , she’s as impressed with B/B as I am! U guys go over & beyond in every 1 of Ur departments

You get what you pay for this computer super cheap and you’re Getting the basics. Spend a little extra money and get something better. OK for a little kids

The most modern design, light, a ridiculous 18 hours of battery life (I haven't tested this yet), and a feel-good keyboard to use.

Very good product and just bc it was an open item, honestly it didn't make a difference. Operates just like the rest. Great color, feel and internet was fast. That's all i need!

Memory needs to be at least 8gb or higher. Anti malware itself took up a lot of memory and opening a browser makes the system unusable

Great basic laptop for surfing the internet. Bought for elderly parents and they figured out how to use it with ease.

Bought this for my son who does basic web searching and YouTube and its working out great and he couldn't be more pleased

Very Light and has number pad. My old other mfg. computer died but typing on it required correcting every few letters - not good but This aone Works Great. I like it.

Excellent value of money. The mobile processer keeps the device cool and snappy to resume. Average performance on heavy apps or sites.

This is so nice and small and light! It is so much better than my other laptop to carry around! And now using the one Drive to keep most of my documents is so easy!!
