I’m extremely happy with the operations of the laptop

Based on other reviews, i went ahead with this but it performance failed even for video google meet & zoom video calls. As its 4GB & 32 bit, my daughter was not able to make background setting changes in google meet

Unfortunately the curser had a hard time keeping up with the mouse movement. That was very frustrating. I ended up returning the item. I am thankful for Best Buy's easy return procedure.

We had tried to purchase a product and continue to receive a different product in the box. It wasn’t until the three time we finally received the correct product. I can’t say anything about this product because it wasn’t the item we were hoping to purchase.

On October 17th,2021 I bought the Samsung galaxy book. 5 days later, I had to return it. It froze on me

This laptop is trash. Slow snapdragon processor couldn’t even use my printer with it.

Hated it. Moist was too sensitive. Could only use the bottom corner to move the mouse without it high lighting everything.

I received this "laptop" and started the setup. This says it comes with Windows 11. The first time I turned it on I had to agree to Windows 10 Terms and conditions. I went through the complete setup so I could get in and verifi. This indeed does have windows 10 not 11 as stated. I was going to go ahead and use it. The first program I tried to run said it could not run. This is not even a regular laptop that can run regular pc programs. Atlest with a chrome book they make apps for it. This is not a chrome book so no apps. This is not a pc laptop so the windows programs I have tried don't work.

Super slow not worth a dime i wont recommend it to anyone if you willing to buy something by laptop with actually process Intel or amd

Liked everything except the fact that installing a VPN on this machine is challenging. Major VPN companies do not support the ARM-64 system.

the worst experience. Don't trust like new, refurbished, open box, or any of these. this device was spotless but crashed the 2nd hour I started using it. Spend hours and hours chatting with the Microsoft assistant and realized it was a hardware problem. If you find a new one (working one) I think it's a good choice for users that just need word and internet

If i could give less than 1 star , i would. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product due to the horrible quality of the touchy mouse/cursor as well as the overall slow speed of the device. Also dissatisfied with my app experience because I cannot find my receipt to return & the device wont shop up on my recent purchases yet i still got an email about reviewing it. Do not buy

I bought on the website the model that was in the photo and description of the configuration and they gave me another laptop, I went to change it because of the SITE ERROR and they didn't even ask for excuses, I left another city I paid toll gasoline and it was a birthday present from my daughter and for the their mistake and lack of politeness from the florida mall store Tiago told me that I should complain to the website, disappointed and frustrated

slow but reliable, don’t buy for school work or to run a lot of programs

Slow computer, the trackpad is also weird and randomly clicks.

The frame is made of very thin aluminum of some sort, when flipping the screen open the screen makes waves of bubbles. The chasis of the laptop is bendable with light pressure. Very fragile, the reason it’s more is because it’s a Samsung. I bought an asus and seams way more robust

Returned with in a day. Got it for $134.00 yesterday on July 4th weekend sale. Returned as it is too slow as well as price on open box are now $113 in many stores. Not sure why yo pay in $200 or even $100 for ARM processor that does not work on most windows apps.
