I wouldn’t buy this. Honestly I threw it away it was so bad.

I got this computer because of how lightweight, aesthetically pleasing and because well it was a Samsung. Three hours later I returned it because I couldn’t get anything to download, it was a frustrating 3 hours; like I was arguing with the computer the entire time. App compatibility is extremely lacking and the computer while it has an amazing battery life, it’s super slow. The display is dim and lack luster. For $315 I believe you would be better off with a chrome book. I personally switched to a Lenovo ideapad 3 and it’s a much better use of your money.

I've owned this laptop for 5 months and it started giving me issues after about 3 or 4 months. I loved everything about it when I first got it. The battery life is great and the speed is great. However, the touch pad stopped working properly. It would right click or click things when I was trying to move it to a certain area or sometimes it would freeze on me. It was to the point that I had to lock the touch pad every 5 minutes. I called samsung support and had to do a factory reset but it didn't fix the issue. I stopped using it for maybe a week and after that it worked fine again for a while. Then a few weeks later the screen started going blank. I had to adjust the laptop screen or sometimes I would have to hold the screen to get it to work. It's been super frustrating having to deal with these kind of issues on a new laptop that has never been damaged. I'm sending it in for warranty repair, but I feel like I shouldn't be having these kind of issues this soon. Just beware when purchasing this device.

This is the second computer that I've had of the same. The first one only worked for 2 hours before it shut down. this one does the same. I guess I just have to live with it.

At the time this computer was $300 which is really expensive for you are receiving. This computer can't download anything, you can't download windows 10 and you can't download gaming clients. Also, The Snapdragon processer is horrible in every single way possible. also 128 GB is a scam I got the computer with 128 but all the files and internal computer files already take up over 60-80 gb. When playing gaming clients, you have to turn your graphics a resolution all the way down to get still a really bad performance. This computer can't even handle more than 7 tabs open at once. For 300 dollar this computer is a scam I'd rather buy a 300-dollar door than this piece of trash. You'd Rather buy a computer that's worth 500$ for even more and 5x the proformance.

Great little laptop from Samsung, very sturdy build, fast ARM processor, good number of ports, speakers are surprisingly loud and clear, a lot of laptop for the money, well worth the investment of $349

Working very well. Simple to operate. Does the job I need for school. Just needed the internet and to be able to download/ run videoconferencing app. Does not allow virtual backgrounds and will not connect via Bluetooth to my printer though

It freezes every time you use it. Ctrl, alt, delete does not work when it does this. You have to shut it down.

This isn't the fastest computer ever, but you would kind of assume because of the price. It works slow and heats up really fast. I personally bought this for school and it wasn't the best computer.

Very pleased with this purchase. This is exactly what my daughter wanted.

Great price and good laptop for surfing the internet. Case isnt real durable. If you like to carry it with one hand and use it while you walk the touch pad doesnt work well.

It was to come with virus software, It is 64 bit arm processor. Hacking severe. McAfee and Norton could not load virus software with VPN. I am very disappointed. Trojun this week with scam involving my banking accounts. I need antivirus and VPN. Can you help.

Too slow to do anything as far as online kids games. Some games are glitchy and others won’t work at all.
