I got this as a open box unit works well does exactly what I purchased it for good internet connection

Wanted a back-up laptop for emergencies and this more than meets that requirement. The price was unbelievably low for reasonable built quality and Samsung brand. Preferred Snapdragon processor but wasn't expecting Windows (thought it was a Chromebook). However, it hasn't shown any slowness because of Windows.

Fast but no touch screen. Also sometimes too sensitive and can jump around alittle

Got this at a really good price I was a little skeptical due to the price and all the high end laptops ranging 600-1500. However it works great I use it for work I’m working remotely from home and i couldn’t be happier.

Not a bad starter computer for a teenager. Was told by the sales rep it was a touch screen but it wasn’t. Not a big deal as we weren’t looking for that option anyways. Definitely worth the price as a starter compute.

It is not so good for multimedia due to the viewing angles of the screen

my daughter likes it . she is doing good with her school work and some personal stuff through that, not experienced any speed issue. But while setting up , i mistakenly selected Windows 11 upgrade and that ate up the HD space , and reduced to only 64gb , thats a negative impact

The Samsung laptop appears to be more durable than other brands. This particular model is very flexible, so you don't have to worry about it falling apart like some laptops. Processing speed is standard. Overall, I like this Samsung computer and the charger.

Does excellent for my wifes creative designs and linking to her printer.

It is a good laptop for wchool and that stuff, but their is and update that keeps saying retry and ya. Is a good laptop but its ok

Super fast and reliable. Samsung always has great devices, but this one is top of the line. No issues and I’ve had it for over 2 years.

It was a great price and it looked really good and i was soo happy to get this like i really liked the pictures and i looked like a good laptop and not that i had laptop for about 3 days! Not a week or a month but for 3 days! It started to freeze on me the first day! and it was just making me turn it off and turn it back on like 3 or 5 times in one day because it would stop working...i was sooo mad and sad about this laptop...

This is honestly the best deal going, everything is in the box and also checked before they send your laptop, i really needed a great brand, but a good deal,best buy delivered, starting a small business is hard enough, but best buy makes it easier,

Galaxy Book Go is easy to use and does exactly what I bought it for. I mostly stream news programs and such with no problems. Light weight and thin with a clear and bright screen. Lots of laptop for the money.

Bought this for my wife because she is taking online classes. She didn’t want anything fancy because she doesn’t use it outside of school. Works great so far. Just have to keep the kids off of it playing games.

I wanted an inexpensive device for my elderly parents to just search the web and play games from their den without having to go to the study where their PC was - perfect for this!

This purchase was to replace an aging HP laptop. It is very basic in its build quality compared to more premium laptops but it suits our needs as doesn't travel much where I am not too worried of it getting bounced around roughly. That is the only release why its not getting 5 stars. That an some issues w/some software not downloading without calling support. Overall its a good budget laptop if you need something to communicate emails, watch some videos, search the web, and some light working from home work. It is not strongly suited as a video/photo editing machine or intense gaming.

It’s a great little computer as long as you use it for basic things like browsing, email and MS Office work. The laptop is quiet and pretty quick, again, if you are not trying to run heavy games or CAD-related programs. I have mine connected to a USB docking station and it’s been doing quite well Windows 11 has been handling well on it.
