The $249.00 price was the decided factor on this purchase. It was bought for an 11 year for online learning. Overall, it works for its intended purpose. My only complaint is that it had a hickup when attempting to push a windows update.

For the price it was pretty fast and worked well if you want a basic laptop but great quality for a cheap price this laptop is your best bet

Great computer for minor needs. I use it for writing papers for school. It is perfect for that and internet searching. Very light and compact and easy to travel with wherever you go.

Very happy with this laptop. I am not a gamer or movie watcher. I do contract work in the financial services industry. Occasionally have to use my personal laptop to access a secure website through a VPN. My old HP has Windows 8 and did not have the power to work properly when on the website so had to get a new laptop. Very happy with my purchase. Has Windows 11 and a very fast processor. Great price with the open box discount. Salesperson very helpfull when I told him what the issue was. Very easy to set up. Just follow the prompts. Would recommend for someone looking for a good computer and a good price.

Purchased open box & didn’t get to see it first. It was really banged up & scratched. Salesman told us it was i great shape. It was in a huge box all taped up & I should have asked to see it. I would have paid the extra 50.00 for a new one.

It doesn’t come with Windows 11 installed, instead you have to upgrade your self. This thing light weight but slow, can’t handle heavy work load since it doesn’t use full blown blown processor.

When having to set up to work remotely bought this little gem on a whim and it is great, I use it for everything compact and the price is great, Love this quick buy.

Solid laptop especially for the price. Does most daily computing needs without any delay and for the price you would be hard pressed to find anything as good.

It is a decent laptop for the price. The features are easy to figure out and are user friendly. It has a long battery life when not plugged in as long as you are not streaming or gaming.

Had some initial problems setting up. Wasn't able to get latest Windows 10 updates but after joining Windows insider program was able to get the updates and also update to Windows 11 and now the laptop is working great.

I am living my Samsung Go Laptop!! I have been use to using a MacBook so it has been an adjustment. However, I like the size of this Laptop, it reminds me of my Mac book keyboard and I love the slimmest of it. I wished they made hard cases for them like the Mac book. I will recommend this computer!!

I love the device, def cant complain. The only con is that this model tends to freeze and crash on the windows 10 home version.
