Bought for my wife, she loves it. Big step up from previous laptops we have had

If you use a computer longer than an hour do not get it. I spent around 1,500 all together for warranty and the computer and it doesn’t hold a charge for longer than an hour. Oh and while it’s charging you cannot use it it’ll just die constantly. You may be thinking just turn it in for warranty but if you have ever tried to use Best Buy warranty you may have no hair left from pulling it out due to the amount of stress it is going through the warranty process. I use this laptop doing full time school was told it was good by some guy at Best Buy and now that I need to use the warranty they will take 4 weeks to get the computer back to me possibly fixed but maybe not and won’t give a temporary laptop for the meantime. Tried to trade it in and even though I spent 1,500 they valued it at 200. Best Buy is no help and neither is Samsung

I bought one that was a certified refurbished computer. I realized there was a crack in it which leads me to believe the screen cracks easily since there was no other damage on the computer when I returned that one and got the same computer again, the mouse pad had an error. It kept getting stuck, and I believe that is due to the laptop being so thin. So annoying. I returned it and went with another brand although I really love samsung products usually.
