Samsung is my go-to brand so when this laptop came out, I knew I wanted it. It's light, sleek and stylish. Setup took a little while only because of updates it needed which is understandable. But once that was complete it went very fast. Applications open with hardly any lag at all. One of the best parts, to me, is that if you have a Samsung phone, you can connect it to the laptop to receive calls and texts. You can respond on the laptop as well. That, to me, comes in very handy because I don't have to stop and pick up my phone to respond to a text or call. This unit does not come with an S Pen but it does work with one and I was a little disappointed by how slick the screen was when using the S Pen. I am a writer and use my devices to write down book notes or sometimes entire chapters. This laptop does use Samsung notes, like the phones and tablets do which is great. The laptop also folds pretty flat for use as a tablet and it's comfortable when doing so, but when I tried to write with the S Pen I found the screen surface was very slick. I'm not an artist but I think the feel may be the same for drawing as it is writing.

Laptop is not worth the price. Ultra books are very underpowered but a good with battery life. This computer can barely handle the basics. The Samsung software designed to work with you phone is very buggy or just plain broken.

Laptop is good for the gaming and movies but sound is very less.

Practically unusable cursor. either much too sensitive, or not active at all, or needs to be placed with surgical accuracy somewhere near, but not on the icon of interest. Just not a usable device.

My wife ecided to return because wasn't as good or responsive as a 5-year-old Samsung computer with a less powerful processor and all other aspects were lower grade than this new computer. So she decided to keep her old one...

I am very happy with the overall function of the laptop.

Good high-quality item. I like the keyboard and display.

Nice machine but very disappointed that the audio on Zoom meetings does not work through the native speakers nor through bluetooth devices - even after updating all device drivers, windows updates, and Zoom software.

Samsung it’s the best what we can buy for that money
