I have been super happy with this laptop. The unboxing experience is nothing special, and there are a handful of updates available, but once all that is out of the way, it's nothing but a pleasant experience. The laptop itself feels premium, nice smooth aluminum case, super lightweight, super thin, but doesn't feel cheap at all.
The hinges are nice and smooth, not too stiff, not too loose. This makes just opening and closing the laptop something that reminds you that you have a better-than-average computer. Closing it has a nice snap at the end.
The unlabeled key at the top right of the keyboard is a power button with integrated fingerprint sensor (much like some MacBook computers). The sensor is super responsive, and makes logging into the computer a very quick and painless experience. The fingerprint sensor still works when you have the screen folded all the way around in tablet mode too; though a bit awkward to use in that position. It's sensitive and accurate enough though even a happen chance hit with the sensor could be enough to unlock it.
Speaking of the keyboard, no complaints there either, and same with trackpad. Works well and as expected. Responsive, sensitive, and is not a distraction.
The screen is bright and colorful, and the colors are nice and appear to be accurate. But I did have a couple minor issues/complaints with it. I did seem to experience some minor flickering if I had a bright white page or background open, particularly on battery. I did play with the settings for battery saver and the display and fetched all the latest updates, which seemed to make it better, but not sure what it was that made it better.
The other minor complaint I have with the screen is it seems to have a noticeable "screen door" effect. Meaning, to my eye, it looks like I'm looking at the display through a very very fine screen door. I took a picture of the display with a macro camera and noticed a cross-hatch pattern sitting above the pixels in the display which I assume is causing this. I'm not sure if this is for the touch or what it is, but it degrades the picture quality and sharpness ever so slightly. Most people probably won't notice, but if things like that bother you, just keep it in mind.
But, performance wise, this laptop is very much a well-performing laptop, and I never experience any meaningful hiccups slowdowns, or anything that ever frustrated me. It can even play many basic games (think Minecraft, Fortnight, etc...) without any issues. I am really impressed with the performance of this little machine. It's not a gaming computer, but for 95% of computer users, this will be more than enough performance.
With that performance, and the small size of this laptop, you might be concerned about battery life. But this laptop proves that the Intel "evo" platform is more than just a marketing gimmick. Really, over the course of several days, I never unexpectedly got a low battery notification. The battery really became something I didn't have to think about. You can open the Samsung Settings app to limit the battery charge to 85% which helps protect the battery health, and improves its usable life (and thus, the useable life of the laptop) which is a really nice addition. Given how good the battery life is on this laptop is, I encourage most people to turn this setting on.
Samsung included proper vents on the back of the laptop, and it seems to move adequate amounts of air, so overheating and performance degradation should be of little concern. Apple should be taking notes. Every computer needs air.
The Samsung Settings app also lets you choose the performance mode of the laptop (also toggleable through Fn+F11 hotkey), among a few other basic settings for the laptop. The other app that comes with the laptop, is the Samsung Update app which gets updates for drivers and firmware, so remember to open this app to make sure you get the latest updates.
Samsung then includes many other apps that are arguably bloatware. The most annoying of the bunch is Samsung Live Wallpapers, which sends useless notifications and I couldn't even figure out what the app was trying to offer me. The other offensive app is the included McAffe, which I kept installed for as long as I could, but the notifications got annoying, and it prevented me from playing games in the Xbox app; so I gave it the axe. Windows Defender works just fine.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, I'm sure many of the integration apps that come with the laptop are useful, but without a Galaxy phone, they are basically useless and are bloat. One of the apps has something to do with a pen, but I couldn't find a compatible pen to use with the laptop on Samsungs website, which seems like a huge miss. I do wish a pen was usable with this laptop. That really would have made this the laptop that had everything.
At the end of the day, I love using this laptop, and I think there are a number Apple could take some cues from for their overpriced MacBook laptops.

Terrible Support and Replacement Parts Cost

Purchased an open box from a local bestbuy and it worked for a month until I updated it, light would fash 3 short and 1 long blue lights. Called samsung and they said this was common after an update. Sent it in and was told there was liquid damage on a connector and that repair would cost over $1,000 to replace the motherboard. One part for this laptop cost more then what I bought it for. Went to the same bestbuy and to look at another laptop that was openbox and the computer I was interested was out on display, out of the box and listed as certified excellent. This entire experience feels off. The cost of repair for a single part being more than a brand new laptop is a reason I wont buy from samsung again. I dont remember spilling anything on the laptop but I would be cautious buying open box.

What a shame. This laptop lasted 13 months and fried itself playing a Youtube video. Waste of money, get one with more fans and less fancy thin nonsense. Performance lasted some months and then slowed down with time. Took it to GeekSquad for repairs and quoted 800 dollars in repairs, almost the same as new. Thank you Samsung for wasting my time and money.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Here's why I love this laptop:
Design and Portability
The sleek and lightweight design is perfect for someone always on the go. Its 13.3-inch form factor makes it incredibly portable, yet it feels sturdy and well-built. The 360-degree hinge adds versatility, allowing me to switch between laptop and tablet modes effortlessly.
Display
The AMOLED touch screen is simply stunning. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the brightness is more than sufficient for both indoor and outdoor use. Whether I’m watching movies, editing photos, or browsing the web, the visuals are crisp and immersive.
Performance
Powered by the Intel 12th Gen Core i7 Evo Platform, this laptop handles everything I throw at it with ease. Multitasking is seamless, and it performs exceptionally well for demanding applications like video editing and coding. The Evo certification ensures quick wake times and great responsiveness.
Battery Life
The battery life is impressive, lasting me an entire workday with moderate use. Even when streaming or running multiple programs, the battery holds up remarkably well.
Keyboard and Touchpad
The keyboard is comfortable, with good key travel, making typing a pleasure. The touchpad is smooth and responsive, adding to the overall user experience.
Extras
The inclusion of Thunderbolt 4 and other versatile ports is a big plus.
The fingerprint reader adds an extra layer of security and convenience.
It pairs seamlessly with other Samsung devices, making file transfers and syncing a breeze.
Conclusion
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 is a fantastic 2-in-1 laptop that combines power, portability, and premium features. Whether you’re a professional, student, or casual user, it offers incredible value for its price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performing and versatile laptop!

Was really sleek and lightweight. Only downside was that it was pretty small at 13 inches and 16:9 aspect ratio. Would've preferred 16:10. Ended up returning it for hp spectre

Second laptop ordered for delivery and second laptop that was damaged. Again, the original packaging was damaged but not the outer package it was sent in so they could see there was damage before they shipped them.
Now I will have to take the time to return them to the store and delay deployment.
Maybe I need to check other sources for purchasing my equipment since Best Buy does not seem to care enough to send undamaged equipment.
I might recommend the product but discourage Best Buy shipping

Without going into too many technical details, it’s a beautiful laptop—very slim, elegant, modern, refined in details, yet it looks strong and made from excellent materials. It’s even thinner than a MacBook Air Pro. The screen is glass with a unique resolution, and although it’s not 4K, the AMOLED technology is in some ways superior. The screen remains clear even in direct sunlight, which makes it one of the best laptops. However, it’s not an anti-glare screen, which can be a bit annoying. Its speed is unmatched, and it responds incredibly well to touch commands, whether using skin (finger) or the stylus. It’s very quiet, even when the fan is on, and barely heats up at all, though I haven’t put it through heavy use yet. So far, I’ve tested the processor and cores by watching high-resolution videos while working and browsing the internet without any lag or delay, even while downloading a heavy program and transferring all my data from my other laptop—all at the same time.
The battery lasted approximately 9 hours, from 100% to 20%, and I decided to plug it in to avoid stressing the battery. In conclusion, so far it’s working great; we’ll see how it performs with time and use. All in all, an excellent purchase.

I really like this laptop. It is a 2 in 1 with touch screen, and can be used in tablet mode. The AMOLED screen is bright, with excellent black levels, which makes watching videos and streaming movies very enjoyable. And it has full HD 1080P resolution. The SSD is 512Gb, and has a lot of room for storing apps, photos, music and videos.
It is very thin at about 1/2 inch, so I was quite amazed at the keyboard. Has a good feel and reasonable travel. And the back lit keyboard is one of the best I have seen - there is almost no distracting light bleed from under the keys. Typing is quite satisfying on it.
The sound from the speakers is adequate. Battery life seems to be good - I can only estimate at 6 to 8 hours.
With the Intel I7 EVO core processor, and 16Gb ram, the performance is very quick, but only expect to be able to play the simplest of games on this computer. The Iris Xe Graphics don't seem to be up to the task.
But for everyday tasks, computing, surfing etc., this would be an excellent choice.
But be aware, it does collect fingerprints......

I have owned this 2-in-1 for a little over a month and so far I love it! It boots up extremely quickly and has handled any task that I have given it with ease. I have not experienced overheating issues as in some reviews, but I also have not used many processor heavy programs. It runs cool and quiet. I am blown away with how thin and light this machine is. The display is bright and crisp and the touch screen is very responsive. I do recommend adding some sort of an anti-glare screen protector as the shiny screen suface reflects eveything behind you and it shows EVERY fingerprint. Battery life seems to be very good so far unless you are downloading large updates (to be expected). I like that it uses a USB-C charging port rather than a clunky proprietary charging brick. I have not utilized the tablet mode yet, but I am sure it will work just fine. My only complaint is that the speakers could be better & are located on the bottom of the chasis, so they often sound muffled if being used in your lap. Overall, I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for an extremely light and thin computer that is more than capable for most tasks!
