Works great for what I use it for. 10 key placement takes a little time to get used to. User friendly with video guide on how to set up. Overall i really like it and it does what I need it to.

The product was pretty much what I expected. The delivery is a bit problematic because the delivery guy did not run the doorbell but left the box propped against the door so I went to open the door I had to grab it for it fell down.
Trade in fiasco. Best Buy loses valuable consumer.

Do note* This review is about the trade in offer that was offered through best buy during this purchase. NOT THE COMPUTER PURCHASED. Very misleading and crooked. I was given an offer of $260 dollars for my HP Envy laptop. This included an additional $50 bonus being I am a Best Buy member. Low and behold I was given $0. And by the time this was established my 15 day time was up on being able to return the new one. Best buy said the processor in my laptop was different than the spec that was entered in when the transaction was done. The best buy website auto populated the model when entering it, assuming it pulled it from when I purchased it from them. But evidently not. My bad I guess for assuming, but best buy did nothing to prove that it was my error. My trade in was sent back to me and I didn't even get the $50 for the attempt. I will no longer shop Best Buy exclusively like I have done for many years now. Good riddance.

The laptop worked great for about a month before the display stopped working. I went back and forth with customer service a lot, finally sent it in (after being told I would have to drive 2 hours to the repair center) and they told me it would be over 1k to fix! Had them send it back and the entire laptop doesn’t work now, not just the display. At least before I sent it in I was able to connect to a monitor and use the laptop! I’m disappointed as a graduate student on a tight budget, now having to buy a new computer (again, for the second time in 3 months)

Love my new laptop. I got a stand for my birthday and love that addition to my new computer.
