Is better than previous Windows ARM iterations, but there is a way to go. Pros: -Screen is gorgeous -Battery life is amazing -It is snappy for the most part, fast, even recording and rendering videos it worked for my needs -The keyboard feels decent quality -The trackpad is nice Cons: -There will be compatibility issues, some programs did not work for me -Apparently some component qualities are not good, one of my USB ports went bad 6 months later -The fingerprint have a hard time and / or is very slow a lot of times, otherwise it would be a pro This is a better device overall compared to older windows ARM attempt laptops, performance is totally acceptable on all compatible programs I tried, but I feel the components on this device are not good quality at all, maybe i got a defective one idk, but I am not totally happy with it because this devices are expensive, I could have easily get more out of a MacBook Air for the same price but with the reliability that Apple provides. Period.

Great size and weight. Long battery life. Battery life not as long as advertised but still great. It would have been nice to have a microSD slot but with a usb C adapter that solved the problem.

I love the speed of the Snapdragon for multitasking apps and projects. Good battery life and beautiful display. The downside is arm support (which I knew), however it's still the laptops biggest downside.

I really like this computer. I'm in college and I couldn't have chosen a better one. The programs I use are demanding, and they run quite well. I highly recommend this computer and it is light on weight.

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. This is a beautiful machine with great specs for the price. The screen is fantastic and the battery lasts forever. New x elite chips are super fast. What more could you want?

Love this laptop! We were nervous about ordering a brand new laptop that wasn’t even released yet. However we love the screen on it. Has some cool features. The AI feature we have really tried much other then the paint. Very easy to set up and use. We just use it for basic functions but excited to keep trying the newer stuff on it. Pretty excited to keep playing with it and seeing what more it can do. It is easier to project the screen on to our Samsung tv then my old dell lap top was. It is a very slim laptop compared to our old one which we love as well. We use ours for business use so we plan on traveling with it as well.

This is a great purchase, excellent quality, lightweight, beautiful and bright display fast and great battery life.

Good quality , fast and long lasting battery, but really bad connections to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, not enough ports and windows arms very glitchi, and bugs.

Great little laptop, extremely portable, impressive battery life, highly adjustable, nice screen. Not the fastest processor, but really all I need out of a portable thin and light laptop

Getting as open box for ~700 an great deal and woikd be at the sale price of 1200. Slim and light weight great battery life and biild qualiyy

The screen is perfection with very deep colors, battery life is good andthe processor is very very fast

This GalaxyBook is truly amazing! Very fast with long battery life and one of the best OLED screens I've ever seen. They use some kind of anti glare coating on it that is amazing. The weight distribution is perfect and it is much lighter than most other laptops this size. I got the 14" and I wish it had USB A for external mouse. Also, the internal SSD is soldered on cell phone storage. It is not very fast compared to almost all other laptops with replaceable ssds. If you are constantly adding things to the drive, this is not the laptop for you. Get one with replaceable storage. Overall a great laptop for just basic stuff.

I'm usually a Dell kind of girl. However, I decided to go with the Samsung because of the copilot and other AI technology. Great computer and so light weight! I love my new computer. Great speed, battery life and display.

I've had this computer for 7 months. sadly, it is not what I have come to expect from Samsung. I am a Samsung devotee. The battery drains quickly ie half full within an hour of use. The memory / snapdtagon is inadequate to run multiple Microsoft office resident programs and Chrome at the same time. The task manager shows above 80% use if word, excel, powerpoint, and 4 open Chrome pages. Therefore, very slow web page loading. The graphics card must be goofy because in Microsoft office, no matter what theme I pick, the red comes up as fluorescent red. And I had no idea that I would need to purchase an adapter in order to hook anything with a USB to it. And the fact that I have to have a specific power supply rather than just any USB port to charge it is inconvenient. I disabled the co-pilot key because I don't need copilot to jump up every 5 seconds when I accidentally slip off the space bar. I'm currently thinking of buying another computer to replace it, but I'm hesitating to ever go for Samsung again. What's good about the computer? It's size. The slender build and weight are lovely.

Came from Macbook Air and Google Pixelbook. Bought Open-Box for 729 and I'm thrilled with it. The keyboard could be better, and the trackpad is almost awful but usable .. Everything else is stellar, notably the screen. I don't think there's a 14" with a better display, so if that's vital to you this might be the one. It's also thinner than the Yoga 7S/i and elitebook, xps, Air, whathaveyou. The difference between 0.42" and say 0.6 is quite a bit, and 0.75 feels like a brick after using this. Catch a good sale and go for it if you're after mobility with an epic display!

Such a speedy laptop with plenty of battery life if you know what to disable and install. Mainly using ARM applications, setting the laptop to quiet mode and disabling some of the x86 programs, I've hit about 9 hours before hitting less than 50 percent of battery life which is amazing. The laptop is very light and easy to carry, just make sure not to close it like its a suitcase or car door.
