I am so happy to have bought this device, it truly is wonderful. I was a Chromebook user for 8 years as I gave up on Windows when they began to phase out Windows Phone. I was tired of Chromebooks mediocre quality, poor screen brightness and no biometrics. This Samsung works great with my Galaxy A35 and Galaxy Watch 7. The build is top notch, the keyboard is great, and the glass trackpad is the best ever. The speakers are very solid. I love that there is no fan in the Snapdragon processor. The AI features will take me some time to learn but the possibilities are endless. I saved the best for last; the screen is beyond amazing. Dynamic Amoled 2X with 400 nits of brightness is pretty much perfect. The colors are vibrant, and the deep blacks really impressed me. I highly recommend this device. Thanks Best Buy for a great deal and shopping experience as always!!

Very good laptop with ok battery and very good colors and also very light

For the most part, great computer. Purcased it mainly for non-graphic based work to replace a well reviewed yet poorly made Lenovo ThinkPad. Although the processor is fast and works for most applications, it is also incompatible with many including my scanner. It works okay for what I need it for, so kept it. Would not purchase this model again.

Best laptop and faster performance long lasting battery light weight

For once a thin and light laptop that can be used on your lap. It runs much, much cooler and quieter than an Intel based laptop. I've had zero compatibility issues, the battery life has been great, and it seams to have plenty of power to do what I need to. I don't play games or edit video, so I can't speak to that application. I really am enjoying using it.

I am very impressed with the quailty of this laptop. It is super light very thin. Alot thinner then a macbook. The snapdragon processor is amazing. It has no problem with multitasking. When I say this is the best it is!

Build quality & Samsung apps are great. I only need a few apps to run. But the most important ones don't work. Mail app can receive not send. 2-step verification that requires receiving code from some service won't show so activation cannot accomplish. Printers work but certain function such as duplex printing won't work since no drivers. Among a dozen hubs, only one work (Sabrent HB-6PNV). There is NO mount function for ISO file. I wanted to install a fresh copy of different Windows but NO drivers available from Samsung website. At the end, after some 30 hours seeking alternate paths, I gave up. Well, so sad. New wonderful hardware but lacking app support.

I bought this for photo editing and work on the go. I am very pleased with the fact that my samsung phone and tablet all sync together much like a macbook. To my surprise there is a display setting specifically for "photo editing" which is perfectly accurate across my devices! Battery life varies on what program im using, but can easily get 12 hours by just surfing the web, emails, and a small edit here and there. If I'm editing a whole session, it will drain the battery in about 4 hours. Not too bad for being so thin!

Laptop is well built, screen and overall performance is good. Unfortunately ARM processor not compatible with work apps. Which needs to be addressed by Microsoft sooner rather than later.

Excellent laptop, battery lasts plenty of time. Main concern was compatibility with some not so known windows apps. Also, being able to fully have VBA for my office applications is huge. Screen brightness and colors are really amazing...

The battery life is just fine, can lasts two days for me after charging to 80%. The screen is beautiful. Can run some games pretty well, even without graphics card. Maybe not for full price though, got it for 800.

This is a super amazing laptop. It has a super beautiful display and lightning-fast performance. I just love all the AI stuff you can do with it.

Works great. Snapdragon chip has been a bit of a burden, but the future looks very bright for it’s about to become an asset. It’s a little thin and delicate for someone like myself and I’m not sure how it happened, but I got a little tiny crack on the screen. Tradeoffs for being ridiculously thin. Probably what I get sleeping with my laptop. Kind of wished I’d gotten 32 gigs ram5 and a full Tb hd, but figured I shouldn’t spend at the time over a thousand, or 50% more for a 20% improvement. Figured I’d save and just get 64 gigs and a couple Tbs hd in a few years for less then what I paid for this one, if inflation settles down and tariffs don’t just become another form of inflation especially in tech. C’est la vie.

One of the best thinest and fast laptop ever. High performance, very thin, OLED graphics. This is an amazing laptop and if you hava Samsung phone thats the perfect combination.
