It has a sleek design, an awesome keyboard, and an amazing screen. and the speed is amazing. I cant complain about the laptop so far so good.

Came from Macbook Air and Google Pixelbook. Bought Open-Box for 729 and I'm thrilled with it. The keyboard could be better, and the trackpad is almost awful but usable .. Everything else is stellar, notably the screen. I don't think there's a 14" with a better display, so if that's vital to you this might be the one. It's also thinner than the Yoga 7S/i and elitebook, xps, Air, whathaveyou. The difference between 0.42" and say 0.6 is quite a bit, and 0.75 feels like a brick after using this. Catch a good sale and go for it if you're after mobility with an epic display!

I've had this computer for 7 months. sadly, it is not what I have come to expect from Samsung. I am a Samsung devotee. The battery drains quickly ie half full within an hour of use. The memory / snapdtagon is inadequate to run multiple Microsoft office resident programs and Chrome at the same time. The task manager shows above 80% use if word, excel, powerpoint, and 4 open Chrome pages. Therefore, very slow web page loading. The graphics card must be goofy because in Microsoft office, no matter what theme I pick, the red comes up as fluorescent red. And I had no idea that I would need to purchase an adapter in order to hook anything with a USB to it. And the fact that I have to have a specific power supply rather than just any USB port to charge it is inconvenient. I disabled the co-pilot key because I don't need copilot to jump up every 5 seconds when I accidentally slip off the space bar. I'm currently thinking of buying another computer to replace it, but I'm hesitating to ever go for Samsung again. What's good about the computer? It's size. The slender build and weight are lovely.

I really like this computer. I'm in college and I couldn't have chosen a better one. The programs I use are demanding, and they run quite well. I highly recommend this computer and it is light on weight.

Great laptop. Super thin. I love that i can connect to my tablet and make a second monitor out of it. The touch screen is great and super convebient sometimes. I like the integration with all samsung devices and the copilot button is quite convenient. Im jot a power user but i have not have any probkems with daily simple tasks. Also very quiet. I recommend it!

I am so happy to have bought this device, it truly is wonderful. I was a Chromebook user for 8 years as I gave up on Windows when they began to phase out Windows Phone. I was tired of Chromebooks mediocre quality, poor screen brightness and no biometrics. This Samsung works great with my Galaxy A35 and Galaxy Watch 7. The build is top notch, the keyboard is great, and the glass trackpad is the best ever. The speakers are very solid. I love that there is no fan in the Snapdragon processor. The AI features will take me some time to learn but the possibilities are endless. I saved the best for last; the screen is beyond amazing. Dynamic Amoled 2X with 400 nits of brightness is pretty much perfect. The colors are vibrant, and the deep blacks really impressed me. I highly recommend this device. Best computer I've ever own. The screen is magical beautiful on any 4k content. It runs very smooth as well. I am getting another one.

Battery sometimes last long sometimes it doesn't The mouse tracking sometime lags and shutters Mouse pad touch sometimes doesn't select the icon on the screen Also sometimes it heats up soo hot for just browsing, I use it on table and has good air flow Can be 9/10 for me.

For once a thin and light laptop that can be used on your lap. It runs much, much cooler and quieter than an Intel based laptop. I've had zero compatibility issues, the battery life has been great, and it seams to have plenty of power to do what I need to. I don't play games or edit video, so I can't speak to that application. I really am enjoying using it.

Best laptop and faster performance long lasting battery light weight

Did my research before buying laptop. I've had it for a couple of months. I use it for school and work. It has a nice display in a good size screen. It holds a nice battery life but if you use your laptop often throughout the day, it will hold a full day

Good laptop, very light and easy to use. Would recommend the new snapdragon chip

Build quality & Samsung apps are great. I only need a few apps to run. But the most important ones don't work. Mail app can receive not send. 2-step verification that requires receiving code from some service won't show so activation cannot accomplish. Printers work but certain function such as duplex printing won't work since no drivers. Among a dozen hubs, only one work (Sabrent HB-6PNV). There is NO mount function for ISO file. I wanted to install a fresh copy of different Windows but NO drivers available from Samsung website. At the end, after some 30 hours seeking alternate paths, I gave up. Well, so sad. New wonderful hardware but lacking app support.

I have used this laptop for over a year now and it is still working great. I like the fact that it is slim and light weight .

Great laptop. Does everything I need. Love that the charging is the same as my phone, finally!
