Snapdragon chip has been a bit of a burden, but the future looks very bright for it’s about to become an asset. It’s a little thin and delicate for someone like myself and I’m not sure how it happened, but I got a little tiny crack on the screen. Tradeoffs for being ridiculously thin. Probably what I get sleeping with my laptop. Kind of wished I’d gotten 32 gigs ram5 and a full Tb hd, but figured I shouldn’t spend at the time over a thousand, or 50% more for a 20% improvement. Figured I’d save and just get 64 gigs and a couple Tbs hd in a few years for less then what I paid for this one, if inflation settles down and tariffs don’t just become another form of inflation especially in tech. C’est la vie.

This laptop is advertised to have 18 hours of battery life but it barely squeaks out 3-4 hours of light use with energy saver turned on! NOTE: Some apps are NOT compatible with ARM/Snapdragon processors which is a real bummer! This laptop has a nice, crisp screen and I appreciate the small and thin size. It's moderately fast.

The touch screen is great and super convebient sometimes. I like the integration with all samsung devices and the copilot button is quite convenient. Im jot a power user but i have not have any probkems with daily simple tasks. Also very quiet. I recommend it!

I really wanted to keep it. However, Samsung did a poor job designing the laptop with only one USB-C port. I tried connecting two additional monitors through the only USB port, and the device ran extremely hot, and the laptop couldn't charge properly. How do they expect for people to use multiple monitors? I just returned it for a gaming laptop even though I don't do any gaming. You get so much more with a gaming laptop such as 144hz refresh rate and 3.10 GHz processor for less money. The charger for a gaming laptop is built to last as well as the gaming laptop it self. The gaming laptop has multiple ports. Sorry, but this Samsung laptop is not worth the money. It seems like Samsung is treating it like a cell phone.

The USB 3.2 port, located on the right side, can be used to connect various accessories, such as a mouse, camera, keyboard, or docking station. Or you can utilize the USB Type-C port that is located on the left side of the device to connect the supplied adapter to charge the computer and/or connect and charge a USB Type-C device or connect to an external display device. It's the perfect size for me and very light weight. I find it very easy to use! I also looked back online a month after my purchase, and it was on sale at Best Buy so they gave me the difference back on the credit card I used.
