Customer Ratings & Reviews

Laptop is well built, screen and overall performance is good. Unfortunately ARM processor not compatible with work apps. Which needs to be addressed by Microsoft sooner rather than later.

Great size and weight. Long battery life. Battery life not as long as advertised but still great. It would have been nice to have a microSD slot but with a usb C adapter that solved the problem.

I am very impressed with the quailty of this laptop. It is super light very thin. Alot thinner then a macbook. The snapdragon processor is amazing. It has no problem with multitasking. When I say this is the best it is!

Excellent product, I recently purchased a laptop and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. The laptop has a sleek and modern design, making it a pleasure to use and carry around. The laptop's display was clear and vibrant, offering excellent color accuracy and sharpness

Excellent laptop, battery lasts plenty of time. Main concern was compatibility with some not so known windows apps. Also, being able to fully have VBA for my office applications is huge. Screen brightness and colors are really amazing...

One of the best thinest and fast laptop ever. High performance, very thin, OLED graphics. This is an amazing laptop and if you hava Samsung phone thats the perfect combination.

The battery life is just fine, can lasts two days for me after charging to 80%. The screen is beautiful. Can run some games pretty well, even without graphics card. Maybe not for full price though, got it for 800.

Works great. Snapdragon chip has been a bit of a burden, but the future looks very bright for it’s about to become an asset. It’s a little thin and delicate for someone like myself and I’m not sure how it happened, but I got a little tiny crack on the screen. Tradeoffs for being ridiculously thin. Probably what I get sleeping with my laptop. Kind of wished I’d gotten 32 gigs ram5 and a full Tb hd, but figured I shouldn’t spend at the time over a thousand, or 50% more for a 20% improvement. Figured I’d save and just get 64 gigs and a couple Tbs hd in a few years for less then what I paid for this one, if inflation settles down and tariffs don’t just become another form of inflation especially in tech. C’est la vie.

Samsung never ceases to dazzle! The speed is great, the screen is superb. This is true Samsung excellence.

Battery life is absolutely ABYSMAL! This laptop is advertised to have 18 hours of battery life but it barely squeaks out 3-4 hours of light use with energy saver turned on! NOTE: Some apps are NOT compatible with ARM/Snapdragon processors which is a real bummer! This laptop has a nice, crisp screen and I appreciate the small and thin size. It's moderately fast.

Great screen and battery. This is a wonderful laptop for doing everyday things like checking email, movies, etc. Samsung is up tp Book 6 so this is now 2 generations past. Also only has 16 gb ram. Make sure it is deeply discounted and then it is a great deal. But not a great deal at full retail prices.

Good laptop. Touchscreen. Very light. I love the color also.

I bought this for photo editing and work on the go. I am very pleased with the fact that my samsung phone and tablet all sync together much like a macbook. To my surprise there is a display setting specifically for "photo editing" which is perfectly accurate across my devices! Battery life varies on what program im using, but can easily get 12 hours by just surfing the web, emails, and a small edit here and there. If I'm editing a whole session, it will drain the battery in about 4 hours. Not too bad for being so thin!

the shipment was quick and reliable, the shipping information was accurate. The system was quick and light weight. Unfortunately, it came with copilot, I had to waste time in disabling copilot due to Microsoft's data grab.

This is a super amazing laptop. It has a super beautiful display and lightning-fast performance. I just love all the AI stuff you can do with it.

It has excellent battery life, good processing speed, and adequate storage capacity, making it the ideal computer for a college student.

Good display quality, comparable with Macbook. Battery life is weaker than Macbook, but it is OK. Touch screen is a plus. Overall, it is a light weight decent ultra book

It’s thin, light weight and touch screen. Great display too.

Love my Samsung computer high end. Fast efficient should do anything you need office and entertainment.

Amazing performance. Great display and works well with multiple tasks. Speakers could use a bit of work, overall fantastic laptop for work and/or school
