Really slim and light laptop that handles day to day tasks with ease. The best part is the gorgeous AMOLED screen that makes it a pleasure to watch movies and shows. If only it had S-Pen support too, this would be the ultimate travel laptop. The processor keeps up with even heavier workloads and laptop stays cool except in case of extended heavy usage. I would have liked to have more RAM but 16GB is enough for most of the use cases. The only cons are some issues with arm processor compatibility with few software but that should keep improving as most of the usual apps have arm versions available now. The other "con" is the battery life. It easily last 8-10 hrs on battery but that is with a smaller battery compared to other laptops. I wish it had a slightly larger battery so I could truly be able to compare it with a Macbook. The charging is fast too. Keyboard is pretty good but touchpad while okay, could have been better (at least it is big) and positioned more centered. The speakers are nothing special, sound is clear and loud with little bass but get the job done. Overall a great laptop with a few small annoyances but a sturdy workhorse regardless, and that's saying something for something so thin and light.

I can run all my apps smoothly without any lag. Plus, the 1000GB storage gives me tons of space for my photos and files. It's lightweight and stylish, making it easy to take everywhere. The battery life is fantastic—I can go all day without needing to charge, and the fast charging feature is a lifesaver!

I am an entrepreneur and I was researching for a new laptop with newer features. I came accross this laptop and Ive never been this satisfied with a big purchase before. Over delivering speed and battery, smooth as butter and flawlessly connects to the ecosystem. 1000% recommended!

Beautiful system. The screen is absolutely glorious. Comparable to a MacBook. The processor is absolutely snappy. It’s somewhere between an i5 and i7 but you likely wouldn’t be able to tell. The speed on this machine is fantastic and extremely optimized. Boot up time is less than 10 seconds flat. Worth the buy. Fantastic job Samsung. Also amazing battery life and extremely light weight and slim.

This laptop is the best out there. The weight of the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge is perfect to bring anywhere. I am amazed by how light and quick it is. I can multitask effortlessly with the large screen and the crisp graphics. This laptop would be perfect for students or professionals looking for a premium Windows laptop. The keyboard is satisfying, and the audio and camera quality exceed my expectations. I especially enjoy the fingerprint verification and the large size of the trackpad. The only thing to be wary of is the lack of ports. There are two usb-c but only one usb-a. I bought a small port extender with more usb-a, so I do not have an issue, but it is something to be aware of. Overall, the price is a bit of a splurge for the other computers in the market. However, Samsung pulled off a premium laptop with a sleek design and amazing battery life. I can go with high brightness for a whole day and still have charge left. The usb-c fast charger is very optimal and recharges my laptop fully within an hour.

First and foremost, the customer service employee that helped me find everything I was looking for in my new laptop was PHENOMENAL!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. I kept asking questions and going back and forth between two that I really liked. I've been in various Best Buy stores numerous times and by far, this was one of the best customer service experiences I had. Special thanks to the patient staff that worked that night. I had no idea I was there past closing time purchasing my laptop. I have had my device for about a month now and I have no complaints. The battery seems to die quickly, but in all fairness, I have the screen brightness on max at all times, and I currently have 71 tabs open. I was torn between the smaller screen and this one. At first when I got home, I thought about returning it and getting the smaller one, but I am so glad that I did not. The screen size is perfect. I do telehealth and need a good camera. This one is good. There was another one in the store that was better but were not in-stock and I needed one right away for work. It was smaller also. The only issue I find is that the volume doesn't go as loud as I would like it to - which at times can be a challenge for work. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase and extremely satisfied with my treatment by the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the young man's name that helped me (all I remember is that he is a gamer and plays soccer). I wish I remembered, I would like to give him credit for an exceptional job well done.

Laptop is slim, lightweight, and so far has had great battery life. However, it sometimes does get laggy, but I personally think it’s not the laptop and it’s windows as it is some glitches i experience in high power computers too

I initially did not want to adopt the new Copilot + platform this early, however I ran into a situation with my daily driver and needed a replacement. I have been extremely impressed with this laptop. Daily tasks are fast and take up minimal battery life. Depending on how much I push the machine, I'm usually ranging between 8-12 hours on battery. Low intensity activities easily get 16+ hours in real world use. The screen is by far the best in this class, and when I purchased the laptop, so was the price. The computer is large, however for me it is worth it for the number pad, which is comfortable to use. Overall I see myself keeping this computer for a long time, with the only downside being the lack of the windows hello camera. I would purchase again. Pros: Build quality, battery life, keyboard feel, upscaled snapdragon platform, screen, price, ports Ok: Bezels, Webcam Cons: Touchpad size (not an issue functionally, but it is massive)

I have really enjoyed this laptop so far! As a college student, I was in desperate need of a good laptop for my studies, and this one is perfect for college life. With its long battery life, nice display, and great quality speakers, it has truly made my college experience 10 times better. Best Buy's customer service is also amazing. When my initial laptop got lost in the mail, they quickly provided a replacement, making the entire process very easy.

I love it! The Intel Core 13th Gen i9 processor with 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD storage made it a super deal. Love the big screen and the slim profile of the laptop. It was delivered faster than the expected delivery date. I received it in four days.

Wow, I am very impressed with this wonderful computer, it has an incredible design to turn it on you have to scan your fingerprint, the quality of the screen is super excellent, it is large, it is tactile, the connectivity is fast, it has a good weight. (it's big). It has good durability and good performance. It is definitely one of the best Samsung laptops I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

I'm absolutely in love with this laptop. I am surprised at how light it is for a 16". The OLED screen is amazing on it. It has great battery life from what i can see after putting the laptop through all the updates and setting up everything. The copilot features are also pretty cool. I love that the fans on the device if kicked in are super quiet and the keyboard has a number pad and backlighting. I didn't realize that on top of the Windows settings this laptop also allows for Samsung specific settings (FN and F1). This gives you endless amount of customization. So far I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. This replaced a 13" Surface Laptop 1.

It was a little on the pricey side.However, the screen quality is absolutely amazing. I love doing presentations on this thing. Every time I look at it, it makes me feel like it was worth everythingy. I've had it for a few months now. And I haven't experienced any lag, which is great.

Love my new Laptop, I still keep learning about all its features. I use it for school, for work and for some gaming when I have free time.

Love my laptop, Samsung Galaxy Book 4 edge 16". It is light and so thin is quite quiet no fan or keyboard noise. Great screen good performance. Like the touch-screen over all a good laptop. Just the battery life is lacking only 10 hours.

The Samsung Book 4 Edge is by far one of the best laptops I have owned. Not only does it work perfectly but all the new additions and incorporation of AI are tools I did not know I needed. 10/10 recommed people to buy.

It was an open box deal, it works great the only thing I don’t like was that something is automatically downloaded with the computer that u can’t delete and it takes up most of the space, on the plus side it used fingerprint to unlock and I only really use it for school
