Glitchy, black screen/Not worth the cost

This laptop is one of the worst I've ever had and it is 100% NOT worth what it costs. My screen is constantly glitching/flashing black when I do too much on the computer. It sometimes happens during important interviews and meetings as well, hindering productivity. My laptop also freezes quite often. I'm disappointed in Samsung. I guess I expected more since they make great phones. Next time I'll go with a different brand.

If your Windows laptop or tablet PC screen is flickering, displaying dead pixels, or has colored lines, you may need to update your drivers using Windows Update or Samsung Update. there's no more plastic in its build, so it feels super premium, and solid....The book4 pro 14" now has 2 fans in it, which gives it more cooling power,,,, Its been an awesome laptop so far!

Don't buy, spontaneous cracked screens!!!!!

My 3-month old Book4 Pro 14" has a spontaneous hairline crack across the screen, and Samsung REFUSES to fix under warranty, claiming 'physical damage'. I have used it gently at home without ever dropping or stressing it, the laptop has perfect chassis, no scratches even, but screen is cracked without warning!!! Please search web before you buy, it's a common problem. My 1+yr old Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 has TWO hairline cracks across the screen ... again, no drop, no stress, just cracked on its own ... and again Samsung refuses to fix, instead charging >$500 for the repair. Not worth it!! Do your homework
