Nice and thin laptop. Thinner than I thought it would actually be. But very sturdy. Screen is pretty. Deep blacks. The thing I don't like about it was the keyboard layout and the track pad. I was constantly having to reposition my hands to type. Plus 16GB just is not enough to do video editing or anything that requires big files and internet.

I don't think it's the computer's fault - the Samsung is really wonderful and has the best display I have seen - but I have owed it for less than a month and it's been back to see the Geek Squad already. The team had to reinstall the operation system. We think that somehow it hiccupped when a Microsoft update was trying to be installed.

Service excellent in showing laptop of interest in demo. Prompt delivery. Equipment delivered had problem with linking to internet. Geek squad, 3 times, fixed immediately, but wi fi lost in a few hours; who recommended return of equipment. Easy process to return / have replacement. New equipment has worked well on all features.

The product is very good. It does everything I need it for the graphics are wonderful. The speed is good. I have no problem working from one program to another. The battery life is good. I have enjoyed watching movies wrestling whatever I would like to watch as well as playing games and just enjoying the computer.

It is a little too sensitive for me, but it is working wonders for my schooling. would have liked it to talk to my phone better and actually download my pictures in the order of which they were on my phone.
