Tight fit, almost impossible to remove w/o damage

I needed to take the case off to pair the buds but the case was so tight on the lid that the hinge on the case broke in the process of removal. It was free with my purchase but it has many design flaws.

These sound great, better than my galaxy buds pros that im coming from. The adaptive active noice canceling works good. With a trade in and a free case, i would definitely upgrade!

When I did remove the case following the instructions it comes with. The protective case itself left scratch marks. You also cant pair the buds with the case on. The only reason i got the case was because it was free with the preorder. I would recommend spigen or any other case for them. Dont waste your money on these, theyre made out of cheap plastic that will scratch your buds.

If your buds are already paired to another device, then you will need to put them into pairing mode. For Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, place them in the charging case. Close the lid, reopen it, and then with the buds still in the case, press and hold the Connect button on the bottom of the case for three seconds.
