The background noise is completely off the voice is clear not choppy or sounding as if they’re under water. I would highly recommend these earbuds for truckers, musicians, or anyone working in a loud environment

Perfecr fit. Perfert noise cancellation from surroundings. The neatness of the sound and voice are very clear. This product really met my expectations. Cant wait for the next generation of buds.

These ones are so much better! Just wish they would not pop out when i bend over but other than that i love them!

Does not answer calls, ear buds are one-size fits, fit is not snug but loose. Aside from these issues they work great for my purpose, which is just phone calls.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It sounds like you may be experiencing an improper seal when it comes to wearing your Galaxy Buds3 FE. Please utilize the Galaxy Wearable app's fit test. Then ensure the correct ear tip size is used (Small, Medium, Large included), clean the mics/speakers, and if needed, reset Bluetooth or the earbuds themselves via the app or pairing button for a stable connection.
