These are great for something quick. I like them but their distance in connectivity is semi perfect. If your close to your connected device then there is no problem.

Sound cuts out sometimes

Sometimes while using them, the sound would cut out or break. Because of this problem, I decided to return the product. Hopefully this issue can be improved in the future.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. I value sound quality and bass a lot, and i can feel both of them quite well within these buds. Highly Recommend!!!

Very comfortable buds but need deeper sound.

I really like that they are very comfortable and I barely notice them while wearing them. The audio could be better. I have it on bass boost but it sound like too much treble. I recommend these buds.

I haven't worn them in a noisy place, so I can't comment on their ability to block outside noise. Left bud doesn't stay in ear. Could be I need to reposition it.
