Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please ensure that you're firmly pinching the lower stem until you hear a click. A clean pinch stem is important, too. Media controls should also be enabled in the Galaxy Wearable app and your Buds3 FE should fit properly in order to function properly. Great sound!

They have the function of blocking outside noise if you want. I still have been able to pair them with my laptop, but maybe I'm missing something. So far I like them a lot.
