Not worth ittt, don't waste your money on them. No bass at all, noice cancelation it's alright still being able to hear to outside noice. Bought them and returned them the same day. They suckkkkkkkk!!!

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The advertised Galaxy Buds4 Pro are a notable upgrade over the Buds3 Pro, featuring better ANC (blocking 84% of noise), improved sound quality with more powerful bass, and a more comfortable, refined design. They offer more natural transparency and better microphone quality. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro feature a richer, more balanced sound with tighter, more powerful bass (11mm woofer) and cleaner, less harsh highs thanks to refined tuning. They provide a wider soundstage, better instrument separation, and more natural, less "piercing" mids, making them more enjoyable for extended listening. If the ANC feature is not blocking noise on your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, a poor ear seal, dirty microphones, or incorrect settings could be the cause. Please ensure that your Galaxy Buds4 Pro are properly seated in your ears, clean any earwax or dust from the microphones/vents, update the firmware via the Galaxy Wearable app, and check that "Voice Detect" is not turning off ANC. To ensure a proper fit, identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds, insert them into your ears, and twist slightly to secure them with the blade angled toward your mouth. A proper, comfortable fit ensures the best sound quality, Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), and proper touch control functionality.
