Excellent sound quality! I just wish they came with printed instructions. They don't do what I was told they would, and what I bought them for (hearing assistance in courts where I work) but that is probably user error. But I do enjoy them for listening to concerts, etc.

The noise cancelling and sound quality on these earbuds has really impressed me. Definitely a match for the Apple EarPods pro 3 that my wife uses. The integrated interface with my S25 Ultra is also very convenient. The only issue that I have is battery life. I seem to only get about 5 hours use out of the case and I am mostly listening to podcasts or audiobooks, not music. Great if you are a Samsung user, but if you use another android brand I would look elsewhere.

Impressive sounds and comfortable to wear, I am completely happy with my purchase and it was made easy and painless pre ordered and picked up in less time than it was to drive there thats minutes away. Wonderful experience.

I couldn't be happier with these headphones. The quiet comfort generation 1 Bose earbuds. Were a super big letdown.Everything from thesound to the features to being able to turn off the in ear detection.No complaints Im never buying any other brand from here on out

So far, I love these. I traded in my Samsung Buds Pro 3 at Best Buy and got the Pros 4. OMG, I'm so glad I did. They do sound a little better, and ANC is way better, and the fit is 100% better, the case has a strong magnate that helps keep the lid close

Huge improvement over previous buds 3 pro. Comfort is better and holds in ear for exercises. Sounds now feels premium with better bitrate you can hear sounds in music that were lost before. Bass is strong and treble and voices are clearer. Best upgrade ever.

Having come from using the 2 pros, the 4 pros are a big leap in quality. Clear audio, booming bass, and great quality features like it's sound blocking, and adaptive hearing, these are the best buds I've ever used.

These are nice earbuds. The sound quality is great. They were easy to connect to my phone and laptop. The battery life seems to be very good as well. They are comfortable. The touch controls did take a little getting used to but nothing to complain about.

I love these headphone. All I had tdo was put them on, They connected to my phone right away. Battery life is longer than the Samsung 3. Now I have both. I love the way the way it notify me of g who is my texting.

Having these earbuds are a whole new listening experience. I'm a runner and go to the gym very often and they stay very firm and secure in my ear along with being very comfortable. I bought these paired with Galaxy S26 Ultra and has been great.

Better then the buds pro⁴ - glad i upgraded but where is my $30 ecard? I've called and spoke with people.. I've talked to geek squad They said i wait to wait until March 25th and still nothing...

they read out my messages for me and I rarely have to charge them, so basically these will last you an entire week with moderate use. I can listen to no surprises by radiohead all I want now at top quality no complaints

If you are looking for a high quality and noise cancellation earbuds, these are it! Sounds are crisp and even if you don't turn on the noise cancellation, it still blocks a lot of noise.

Amazing noise canceling compared to previous gen buds. Doesn't hurt my ear to wear for wxtended periods of time during gym sessions and most importantly they stay snug the entire time.

These earbuds keep getting better and better. Very quality product from Samsung again. Noise cancelling is great, the feel and fit are outstanding. Just can't go wrong with Samsung.

Great earbuds, not really worth the upgrade if you have buds 3 pro. Actually an nice improvment in sound clarity and response. If you have the extra money laying around, buy them.

Great headphones as usual. Audio fidelity is still outstanding, and the new adaptive mode which recognizes speech to pause noise cancellation is a plus, even if it resumes noise cancellation a little too fast sometimes. My only complaint is that they still tend to slip out of my ears a little more than I'd like, and the gesture pinch controls take a little bit of getting used to.

really good buds. the noise cancellation is great, rivals my over-ear senheisers, and the base is booming. I only wish they had multi connect, so i could be connected to my phone and windows laptop at the same time...
