Better sound and fit than the Buds3 Pro, and BB had a great trade in program. It is hard to open the case, the top is slippery and i miss having lights on the buds to at least show they are charging.

Was so excited when i got these since the buds were never able to fit in my ear properly and these work so well sound great hold an amazing charge and were priced fairly well too

i had the buds pro 3, and i have enjoyed them a bunch, but i like the subtle tweaks they've made to the 4s. they're easier to get in and out of the case, and the stems are rather to manipulate with man hands

The way these sound over the Pro 3s. I will use Galaxy AI once I figure it out with the headphones. They fit well in my ears and they're battery lasts longer! One thing I really struggled with the Pro3s.

So far I am loving them. They have amazing sound quality. They feel lighter and have a good battery life. We will see how well they will stand up over time. My Samsung earbuds pro 3 had a lot of problems.

Way better than the buds 3 pro. Fits better in the ear, battery life is better, and the buds charge without problem compared to the previous version. But I still like the buds that weren't airpod copy.

These are great if you have a Samsung phone, sound is pretty good, but what really stands for me, is phone call quality and ambient mode, so as the fit. I think this is really an upgrade form the buds 3 pro

Sound quality is great better than my old buds 3 pro. The noise cancelling seems to work better also. This version of the buds pro also fit much better and stay in place a problem I had with my old ones.

These are some of the best earbuds on the market right now. The active noise cancellation is impressive, and they’re extremely comfortable, even during extended use.

Great sound, looks good and amazing battery life! I had the Buds Pro 3 and the 4's are a huge upgrade. They look much better, and IMO sound better, although they're supposed to almost be identical.

Excellent update from Samsung! The case makes it a lot easier to store the buds, lossless audio is incredible, ambient sound features have improved, and battery life has improved as well!

I absolutely love these buds. They fit better and look better than the Buds 3 Pro. Charging is easier too, as it seems the charging case doesn't collect dust as easily as the buds 3 pro.

The headphones were not on the shelf or even displayed but I had to ask for them and an employee had to go get them from the back They are good enough

So far so good. Much louder than the previous galaxy buds I had. Bass is better. Noise cancelling is almost too good lol. Overall much happier with these than my previous galaxy buds pro.

These are the best Galaxy Buds so far! I bought the Buds 3 Pro last year but had to return them because they wouldn't stay in my ears. The Buds 4 Pro fit great and sound amazing.

I was skeptical to get because i was having problems with the pro 3s but wow was i delighted . The sound is so much bettet and charging design . And overall design is an improvement
