Love them. I purchased the pro3 not to long ago. I was very disappointed with the battery life. I even tried swapping them out because i felt they were defective. Then i got the pro4. OMG!! Some much better . Comfortable, easy to use, sound is immaculate, and the battery life for talk time is so much better. Go try it for yourself..

After 3 days of use, this buds are a little better than Buds3 Pro. The sound is very good if not amazing. I like the new features. They have a better battery and are not heavy.

We are so back, guys! These are a must-have. You can look all over YouTube, and you will struggle to find anyone saying these aren't an improvement! Get them!

I've had every single model of the Galaxy Buds, and these by far are THE BEST!! The sound is amazing! Bass, mids and highs are rich and full, very clear. I've heard details in my favorite songs that I can't hear in other earbuds. The BASS is incredible! The EQ presets are great, the Dynamic is my favorite preset, but I managed to tweak it to my liking because you have a custom EQ. Love how it sounds! The best thing is that finally they added volume EQ so you can feel the bass and the details even at low volume, just like Bose does! Noise canceling is great, not Bose and Sony level, but close. Transparency mode feels very natural. Phone calls are clear on both ends! That's a must these days! Also they are very comfortable for all day use without ear fatigue and the battery lasts all day. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. And Best Buy gives you a $30 gift certificate when you buy them.

I have the Buds 3 Pro, Buds 2 Pro, Buds Live, Bose QC U2, Airpods, etc. These are below the Buds 3 pro in terms of real day-to-day use, despite a strong improvement in sound quality. Regressions: - Poor wireless charging support. I have 4 wireless chargers around my home & office, and these Buds 4 Pro only charge on one of them. I have zero issues with other earbuds/phones, so it's definitely not the fault of the chargers. It seems these are more picky about what kind of charger they support, which is a regression from previous models. - Case design is worse. It is now very difficult to open the case with one hand. The previous Buds 3 Pro case was excellent since it matched the proven design that Apple, Google, and Bose all use in their premium buds. This case is clunky, and compared to the similar Buds 2 Pro case, it's more slippery. The case is very visually symmetrical, so you can't immediately/intuitively know what side is the front. Things I like: - Stem controls. This is the best design to control wireless earbuds. The controls on the Buds 3 pro were excellent, and these are almost as good. It seems the sweet spot for triggering the controls is different and a little difficult for me, but I'll probably get used to it. The stem controls are the biggest benefit for me when comparing to Bose/Google buds, which lack the stem. For stemless buds, I'd often accidentally trigger a touch action when I try to adjust the fit of the buds in my ear. - Sound quality is excellent. These are the best sounding earbuds that I've tried. Comparing back to back against the Buds 3 Pro, these are a big improvement. I surprisingly found the Buds 3 Pro to almost sound "tinny" in comparison. A huge upgrade and even beats out the Bose QC U2. - Fit and stability is great. Feels very similar to the Buds 3 Pro. Noise cancelling Many reviews touted these Buds as having the best noise cancelling. For me, they're very similar to the Buds 3 Pro. I tried these out on the subway and I was unimpressed. Still very noisy. Overall these are good, but I'm disappointed that they're not a cut and dry upgrade over the Buds 3 Pro.

These buds fit my ears better then the previous galaxy buds 3 pro. I am a truck driver and my wife constantly complains about outside noise while driving with my old buds. She says with the 4 pro she does not have the same issue. They also sound noticeably better with better bass.

Oh wow I love these earbuds a lot! I upgraded from the first generation Samsung earbuds after many many years and I think they're great. However I cannot give it 5 stars as using them on a non-samsung phone gives you less of the AI features it was advertised for. Using it on a Pixel 10 Pro and it sounds great, I can customize all settings on the Galaxy Wearables app. I've never owned anything noise canceling so it is definitely crazy I cannot hear anything when I'm listening to a movie or music. Definitely still hear some stuff when nothing is on which is fine

These are so much better than the pro 3. Sound quality is noticeably better and they fit soooo well. My ears never like to keep buds in but I have had no issues with these!!

Really impressed with these buds. They fit perfectly in mh ear and are comfortable. They have great sound and I really like the look of the case.

Much higher end solid feeling than the previous buds Pro. Less exaggerated bass, more balance. Like that it's back to the square case again.

Finally a worthy buds for android. Comfortable all day use. Great sound qality and the ai features are interesting.
