Disaster. No parts or service for this phone

No repair facility could provide a replacement screen. When we contacted Samsung direct, they confirmed they do not stock any repair parts, not even screens or batteries. Our only recourse was to buy another phone.

Great Basic Smart Phone

I don't use my Smartphone for downloading music or taking many pictures, so this one works fine for me. Battery life is OK when I turn off Location and Screen Rotation until needed.
