People Can't Hear Me

I took the phone back and exchanged it for a new one and the new one did the same thing. In addition, after I got home with the second phone my expansion SD card was missing. Best Buy maintained that the technician definitely put it back in...so they refused to replace it. Bottom line is that not only was the phone bad but I got taken for the SD card as well.
