Great phone. User friendly. Battery lasts longer than stated. Camera takes great pictures.

I was looking for a phone to replace my previous device. With the way of having to either lease a phone over the course of a few years by adding a more money on your bill, spending out the rear end to buy an unactivated phone, or play a guessing game on whether or not an unlocked device will work with your plan, this phone is a great value. Yes, it's missing features like haptic feedback and has a questionable megapixel quality, but for the price is pretty good if you're looking for a starter phone, a inexpensive replacement, or a smartphone that won't break the bank, this is pretty good even if you buy the device without a plan.

Brought this phone for my 8year old. Perfect to keep in touch. I chose not to set it up with accessiblity to apps and internet but it definately has the option and capable of those features. Takes great pictures and affordable.

Loves the functionality and picture ability as well as accessibility to shop on the go.

I especially love the size of this phone, because it fits neatly into my wallet and pocket without looking like it's about to fall out. At first it took me a little while to figure our some of the features, because I hate reading instructions, but it wasn't that hard at all. This purchase was not costly and worth every penny.

Honestly, there are better phones available. However, this is a great, basic phone perfect for anyone who doesn't need a top of the line device. I got three of these for my elderly parents and in-laws. By flagship phone standards, they are pretty middling. But for what my elderly family members need, they are great. Fast enough, lighty skinned Android phone with solid features and performance.

my wife and mother love the fact that even though the phone is basic it's still able to video call and take great pictures. sometimes u don't need to spend $800 +.

I needed to get a new phone for my father-in-law, who isn't all that tech-savvy. The people at Best Buy recommended this phone, which is turns out is the same phone my father-in-law's girlfriend has (that way she can help him with it). Best Buy / Samsung also hold weekend classes for their phones, so he can get additional help there if he needs it. Seems like a good basic phone, nothing all that complicated or fancy. Just what he needs.

I purchased this phone for my mom as her first smart phone. It has been easy for her to learn to operate. I’d recommend as a basic smartphone for beginners.

I'm not going to compare this phone with others 3-5x as much. This a basic smartphone with pretty much everything you need for a starter smartphone. Very easy to use. It does not include earphones but it's ok since it is very affordable. Holds a good charge, Bluetooth works great.

I would call myself a Samsung fan. Especially when it comes to phones. I had the Galaxy 4, 6 and 8. When my 8 broke and i sent it to samsung to fix, t i needed something to hold me over. In comes the J3. For the price point of $160 it is an amazing phone. Great screen size, ram and various other specs. the camera wasn't the best but besides that, for under $200 i could do most of the activities i did with my S8. I would recommend this phone as a starter smart device,

My daughter is 12 and my son is 9. I bought them these as a basic phone. It is great battery life last long. No issues. And memory can be expanded.

My youngest adult daughter is special needs and liked this phone as it's simple to use and inexpensive as well. She has been very happy with it since it has enough apps on it for her, and is also easy to use. We're very pleased with this phone.
