I really didn't want a larger and more fragile smartphone, as they tend to get with every " Improved version "; perhaps a bit "clunky" [ slow& glitchy] operating certain Apps, such as Google maps, etc- also the camera isn't great- slow to focus and lacks resolution, however overall, not bad and serves the purpose. I'm hoping that the Micro USB port is more rugged than the one on my old S4 was , as that prompted the purchase of this device.

I upgraded finally from an old S5 and so glad I did! So much brighter and easier to see, slimmer design also. Transferred all my data and ready to roll!

I bought this phone for my mom, who was previously using a samsung galaxy 3. So this phone was veey similar and easy for her to use.

If you don't want to pay a lot of money for a phone this phone does everything. I highly recommend it.

Bought this for my elder mom. In easy mode it works well for her. First time in the technology world

Bought for my irresponsible teen son. Love that it's just a simpler form of the galaxy note that I have. Not enough memory for a bunch of apps and such but if you just want a simple phone for calls texts n web browsing this is it. Does lag a bit when loading things but that's ok.

Simple to operate for someone who is not very tech suave.

I mainly use my phone for calls, texting, and photos. This phone takes amazing photos. This phone is very easy to use and doesn't have added features that I don't need or want. Great phone for the value.

This is a great phone option for the price. Battery life good.

Much faster than my old phone. Don't like having apps that I will never use and can't delete eating memory. At least they can be disabled. The POWER button on the upper left side is not in a good place. Too easy to hit the VOLUME button directly across from it. Not intuitive or easy to move apps to the SD Card.

This phone is perfect for those who want to simplify without losing the smart phone capabilities, or as a starter smart phone. It's pretty basic, but functions very well. My only complaint (if that) is that the camera isn't as sensitive as I'm used to. Sometimes you have to press the button 3 or 4 times for it to take the picture. But the quality of the photo itself is good.

A little slower than my older phone, but in general, good for the low price

This is the worst phone I have ever had. I bought this phone because I needed a Verizon phone for work use going in/out of town, so I bought this. The colors are very nice for the screen, but the phone is extremely slow. It even took a longer than normal to make a phone call. Good I don’t have to go out of town anymore for work so I don’t have to use this phone. Don’t waste your money.

Got three of these phones last year. One for my elderly mother, and two for my elderly in-laws. They're basically stripped down Galaxy phones (maybe S4 or so). Very basic, but everything the grandparents need without being too slow like some other budget phones. A great value overall.

We are really enjoying our phones. The size is not too large but big enough that I can easily read everything on the screen. Phone holds a good charge!

This phone was affordable. Not so great on the operating systems. But you get what you pay for. If you are seeking a affordable, cheap fast phone. I recommend this phone.
