I have had expensive Samsung phones and now this entry level one and it feels just as solid, in quality and function.

I needed a phone to serve as my home wi-fi, and this phone was reasonably priced and works very well.

Why spend more when this gives you all that you need?

This phone is sooooo slow, I literally get anxiety using it. The only positive is that I cracked the screen and the phone is still usable as opposed to high end devices on which the screen stops working for hairline cracks. Good phone when you're in a pinch, but definitely not a first option...or even a third option.

i GOT THIS PHONE FOR MY BOYS AND THEY ARE 11. IT IS A GREAT STARTER SMART PHONE OR SOMEONE WHO WANTS A SMART PHONE BUT NOT A HI TECH ONE.

Smaller size allows for ease of use, easy to navigate screen

I bought this phone because my Samsung Galaxy S5 was finally on it's way out. I should have gone with a higher end phone instead because the camera quality on this J3 Eclipse was surprisingly worse than I anticipated. Also, the processor froze up many times. I wasn't surprised when it stopped charging. I'll never buy another phone like that one again.

Picked up one of these for my 12 year old daughter who streams a lot of YouTube videos and music. She loves the phone, I added a memory card as well so she has tons of additional storage. Buy a protective case asap as they do not do well being dropped. Great phone for the money, quite inexpensive compared to most phones too.

It's not a samsung galaxy s8 so don't expect that performance. However, it is surprisingly quick though and gets the most common tasks completed quick enough it is not frustrating.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she LOVES it. It is crazy how expensive smartphones have become and I think this is a really great product at an appropriate price point.

Good phone for a pre-teen or teen’s first one when the sale price is very low or free. Runs quite slow for internet usage, so I wouldn’t pay much at all for it otherwise.

Bought this phone for one of my grandsons that lives several hundred miles away. He seems to love it and we have had no problems contacting him. Very simple phone.

Definitely need knees a faster processor and more storage phone lags I upgraded

Samsung never fails to deliver a quality device. I needed an affordable backup device when my S8+ was off for repairs and this made for a smooth transition.

Bought 2 of them for 2 kids: 12 and 13 their first phones Did a great job, except my son was more rough with his phone and ended up breaking in a year. I took to the repair shop and they said it is not worth fixing it; it would cost more than the phone did. my daughters is still living and thriving. SO it will depend on how well you take care of it

Overall a good product. This a good budget phone. It's used for minimal use but very user friendly
