We purchased this phone for our 11-year old during Black Friday. We wanted a phone that was reliable and able to do more than just the basics, but at the same time we needed something that was priced well. This phone has a big screen and a large screen size is a plus for my son who is an avid e-book reader. A couple of days after we bought it, my son accidentally dropped the phone without any protective case or screen. A few, small scratches on the back and that was it. No broken screen. No malfunctioning features. Samsung has definitely met our expectations time and again.

I am in my 70s and this is my first cell phone. I needed something that was not too complicated but had all the basic features. So far this phone has worked out well for me. I am still learning but i don't feel like it is too hard for me to use.

Got my son this phone after his original Galaxy orbit screen cracked and interfered with his ability to swipe. He loved the first one so, naturally, I got him the same phone. He's had it for about 2years now and it's still going strong. And that's saying a lot since my son seems to destroy anything from phones, to earbuds and controllers. The screen hasn't cracked even with him dropping it several times in front of me, but then it could be that he has a decent case. It came with Bixby, which at the time of purchase I wasn't knowledgeable about. I don't think my son ever uses this feature though. I love the fact it has a removable battery, which sadly Samsung is doing away with. The camera isn't fantastic but it does what it needs to. Sound quality is good, its not a huge phone, but fits nicely in your hand if you're the type that prefers to use one hand. Overall it's a good phone.

Such a great improvement over my last phone. Nice and fast, plenty of room for my apps. No complaints. Transferred my Tracfone number in less than an hour.

I generally don't like cell phones, but found this one easy to set up and navigate. I am starting to use it more which I never did with my old ones. It's also small enough it will still fit my purse.

Bought as Christmas gift for mom a couple of years ago, she’s a senior citizen and not too familiar with smart phones, this one is fairly easy for her to use and it still in good running condition.As we all know smart phones are a little on the expensive side, this phone was on sale for half price so it made it worth the purchase for someone’s first smart phone.

I wasn't sure how good this phone would be for the low price of $80. It has a bright, crisp screen and the processor handles tasks without lag. I love the micro SD slot to expand the storage. Tracfone service is a little spotty in some areas though.

My daughter got this as a Christmas gift for myself, and so far it's been really reliable. Good camera, battery life could be better, but I have yet to activate it so I cannot comment on the quality of calls or anything. Runs apps and YouTube fine.

This is a nice size phone for someone who only uses their phone for calls, texts, managing a calendar and is not super hi-tech. There are plenty of apps available for users looking for more capabilities in a phone. I didn't need much. It's easy to use and the clarity on the screen is excellent. It's also very quick and responsive when changing screens.

My sons LG33 tracfone died and he needed a new one for one of his classes. I had to run and find one quick without paying a ton for it. I found the last Galaxy J3 BB had on the shelf.Long story short My son is now able to make and receive calls in his dorm room instead of having to go outside. 4 stars is because he said he could not connect to the internet via his data at school, but has a better connection through the schools WIFI now. He was able to get his data when he came home for spring break. I'm thinking of updating my LG 33 but my phone still works for what I need it for.

This is a replacement for my galaxy 6 that tore up on me a couple of weeks ago.so far it has done a great job for me.it keeps it's charge better then my old phone did.It is clearer sound then any phone I've had so far.

This smart phone, in my opinion, is a great choice for the budget conscience person. It has a very good screen and size wise, it's just about right. The reception is very good as well. An all-around good choice.

Bought for 13 yr old's first phone. Works well, price is reasonable and he loves it. Of course it isn't the galaxy s8 or s9 but great beginner phone

Had to upgrade to a new phone for work. This phone is great, I can get all my work reports. to load. Camera takes great pics. Easy to use. Rob in mobile was very helpful with this purchase.

I just got this phone for my niece. It's her first real phone. She loves it. It works great on both cameras for all of her social media pics and selfies. The battery has good life length.

This phone is WAY better than the ZTE Majesty Pro it replaced! It has more memory and a faster processor! It also has better audio than the Majesty Pro. I highly recommend this phone!

I love this phone!! I purchased this phone for my mother in law. She loves it. It has the latest Android 8.0 and the pictures look great. Whether she is browsing the Internet or watching YouTube,. No lagging or buffering. Great. Thanks Best Buy.

I really like this phone. It has a good camera, good battery life and I haven't had any issues with calls. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.!

Well really the only things I like is the pic quality, and It's very easy to clean the screen. Other than that bla, it doesn't have a notification light. Doesn't have double tap on/off feature. Two things I really liked on my old alciline trackfone or Whatever it was.. and touch screen is very sensitive as well. Jus not what I expected. But for price it ok. Audio is great for music or Whatever ur in to.. its light weight. I've already dropped it from standing height 5"10 and no damage at all...
