I purchased the Samsung J3 unlocked phone recently, and so far, I am enjoying using it. It is fast, has a decent camera and best of all, it is affordable. The size is also good too, not too large, which was one of the main reasons I chose this phone (over the J7, for example.) This is a great choice if you need a phone for general use. I also purchased an Incipio Samsung J3 case for it and it fits well. I would say if you're looking to just get a phone for texting, calling, browsing the internet, etc., this is a great option!

The phone was easy to use, transfer contacts and photos with the smart switch app. Camera works good and is easy to use. Pictures are clear. Best part is the price. Very reasonable and affordable. And, no contract !!!

My husband needed a smart phone for his work and we didn't want to spend too much. I have always had Samsung phones and love them so we went with this one. We also purchased the screen protector and a heavy duty case for it. He says he is liking it more and more.

Wanted a no-contract phone that was not overly large, would take okay pictures, and was the same format as my tablet. This phone met all of those requirements.

First off, FedEx lost my package and I had to contact Best Buy after the tracking number had no shipping updates whatsoever after approximately a week. Best Buy verified and thankfully sent me a replacement. After finally receiving the Samsung Galaxy J3, unboxing it, and playing around with it for a few hours, I have to say that this is an EXCELLENT phone for all-around general use. It looks sleek, it's fast, and very simple to use. Now the awesome part is that it comes with a removable battery - which is an awesome feature! The removable battery is great, especially if you travel or don't always have access to a charger for whatever reason. You could simply buy a few spare batteries to ensure you have plenty of juice. You can't do that with most of today's phones, making the removable battery feature an excellent form of convenience. And if your battery starts acting up? Just replace it... unlike today's phones where you may have to replace or repair the entire phone for a hefty price. For every day regular use, such as phone calls, internet browsing, text messaging, emailing, etc, this is an excellent phone to use and will get the job done. Anything more resource-intensive (like gaming, for example), and you may have to get a higher-end phone with better specs. Always check the specs before you buy. This Samsung Galaxy J3 is an excellent phone and I highly recommend it.

Not a bad phone for a 13 yr old to use. Very user friendly. Easy WiFi pick up. Decent memory (with ability to add more). Decent price value for beginners. Only drawback was no full phone case available for this Samsung product (needed to go to Amazon to find one).

Works good no problems. So far so good easy to get activated battery life is good picture's pretty good good value for the price easy to use, good for teenagers if lost or destroyed not like losing very expensive phones gets the job done, fits in pockets easy and is nice to have unlocked so in future I. I got this phone to replace my sophisticated mobile with all latest features. I was initially apprehensive about this, but this is definitely a great deal for those looking for a good phone within a less budget. The camera quality is good, the touch is smooth and the device is fast responsive.

I needed to replace a 5 year old phone that quit working (Samsung Galaxy Mega) and I do want the Note 9 but do NOT want the $1000 price tag. I decided to purchase the lowest level Samsung phone available and it has met all of my needs so far. Thanks!!!

The Samsung Galaxy J3 (2018), unlocked, black smartphone has 16GB memory, a rear-facing and a front-facing camera. It also includes a power adapter. The size is good and it is affordable. I highly recommend it. Also purchased a screen protector and a case.

Looking for an awesome phone mid range, with awesome price, look no further. This phone is a little bit bigger, but still has more functionality than previous generations. All the Apps are compact and concise, and the HD screen is still gorgeous. You dont get any more space and the sim card is nano, but you can still add storage if need be. VERY happy with this purchase.

I love the Samsung Galaxy series phones. This is not my first Galaxy phone but isn't the first J-3 I have purchased. It is easy to use and has a decent camera for the price.

I bought the phone for my 86 yr old mother, who wanted a phone that is affordable and easy to operate. I have had the same model phone for 3 years and I have been happy with mine, so she wanted one also. Phone is sleek, dependable, and affordable. I have dropped mine several times with no protective case, and with fortunately, no damage. If I would recommend it to my mother, I would recommend it to anyone.

The J3 does not have all of the features of the S series phones but it has two good cameras and plenty of functionality for those that view a phone as a tool and not a game or social media console.

This phone was chosen as a replacement to a Motorola I purchased 3 weeks earlier & hated it. Your representative very patiently took me thru every feature of the phone, transferred all my "stuff" and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I can't say enough good about this interaction. I'm more impressed by your Samsung representative than by the actual phone, but the phone is more than I need. I don't have the kind of lifestyle that requires more.

We bought the phone for my dad who needed a simple but good smart phone which had a decent amount of memory , with SD memory card capabilities, and the ability to use internationally. Also we needed something more affordable so this phone was priced just about right I would say (could have been at least 50 dollars cheaper tho). Either way he likes the phone so it was a success!

TracFone and several other pay as you go wireless companies sell what is essentially locked variations of this same phone, but in a CDMA version that works over the Verizon network, but I wanted to use ATT wireless network and this unlocked GSM phone along with the TracFone ATT sim (from their BYOP sim kit) works well. This is certainly not a high-end phone, but it's fast enough and with enough features that should satisfy my casual smart phone users. The screen is relatively bright and sharp.

Affordable Unlocked phone! Good camera. Useful. No complaints.
