I've had Samsung phones forever but this was my 80 year old dad's first smart phone. He is navigating really well and says he likes that it is easy to figure out and the screen is big enough for him to see. He uses Consumer Cellular and the simplicity and great package pricing makes me wonder why I don't switch. I would definitely recommend this phone for beginning users or folks that just want a simple and functional phone with nice features.

Have only had a few days to use, but really like what I have been able to use. Great graphics and color. Camera has great quality pictures and is easy to use.

This phone is easy to use and does what you want a phone to do. My only complaint would be that without a case it tends to be a little slippery. I've had it a couple of months and enjoy it.

I was switching from an older flip phone to a smartphone and did considerable research on what new phone might be best for me. I decided on the Samsung Galaxy J7 and after getting it activated, I loved it. Most of my usage has been around the county and I like the features. I am about to take a long distance road trip and am looking forward to trying it out away from my local area.

This cell phone worked great for my father. Easy to use and has all of the features that he needs. Samsung quality at a much cheaper price.

Samsung J7 uses same electronics as the S8 but has a much lower price. I have a talk, ext, and data plan and have no problems with any of the services. It boots up much faster than my previous phone, which is really nice.

I only purchased this phone a short time ago and have not used it very much. It took a long time to set up the voice mail and getting my number transferred from the previous carrier took a few days. Going from a flip phone to a smart phone is a big step for me. I think it is going to be really good.

We love our new phones--we just need to get used to them. They have so much good stuff on them--being a senior--well you know--we are slow.

Needed to upgrade my phone, really like androids & samsung so this seems to be right for me.

The salesperson was wonderful..she was educated about THe phone & was helpful in every way.
