you sell product but can't set it up for me my bad choice to go to that store

My husband has a Galaxy S9 he prefers it over the J7. The features are a little different.

Can't transfer pics, contacts over. No one can seem to help.

As a long time Consumer Cellular customer it is really nice to be able to visit a local vendor when it's time to upgrade to a new phone. My Alcatel was literally circling the drain. I researched available Consumer Cellular options (although you can bring your own unlocked phone) and decided on the Samsung Galaxy J7 as a cost effective upgrade. I lucked into having a Samsung rep do the transfer of data from my old phone. Through no fault of his own, it was excruciatingly slow but he never lost patience and cheerfully chatted with me during the data transfer. So far the phone is performing to expectation, it is MUCH faster than my old phone with double the memory. All my contacts and two years' worth of texts plus all photos and other data were transferred. There are some minor difference in operation but that is normal when changing brands. Bottom line this is a reasonably priced phone and seems to have full functionality.

Very disappointed in this phone. The specs are better than my old LG in every way yet it is still so slow and laggy in comparison. Just hitting the home button can take several seconds to have an effect. Also my old phone would let me switch between several open apps, but with J7 almost every time I switch back to an app it has been closed and has to reopen. Complete trash in my opinion. I've always owned LG or Samsung but will be very hesitant to buy another Samsung!
