This is a decent phone. I am a little unhappy with Samsung in general with their programming of their phones. The last couple years they seem "sloppily" programmed to me. The camera and display are very good. The sound is also very good. Battery life is longer than my last Samsung, but not as good as the LG Fiesta I have.

This phone was easy to setup including transferring information and apps from my old phone. I can use the phone all day and it still has battery power at the end of the day. And it was priced right for my budget.

Was an early Christmas present for my mom and I was worried it would be too big for her. It is actually a great size and feels really comfortable in your hand. Nice clear screen and easy for her to manage.

I got this phone to replace my broken phone that is part of the government assistance program. It has so many fun options! I love the camera and all the features. It was also a good price.

Bought this phone to replace a previous TracFone Samsung smartphone, just for a larger screen. I used SmartSwitch app to transfer data and settings to the new phone (do it before activating on TracFone), so setup was simple. Have had zero problems with either Samsung phone.

I was forced to get a new phone to upgrade to 4G service. My other one worked fine. This phone is bigger in size, so I can type faster and read clearer. All in all, this was a good buy for my limited usage.

I purchased a Fitbit Charger 3 from Best Buy. When I attempted to link it to my older Samsung watch I learned it was not compatible. I checked on line with an advisor if the Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown was compatible with the Charger 3 and was informed it was. I then purchased the J& from Best Buy. I spent over an hour trying to connect my new phone with Fitbit Charger 3, and the agent with Samsung could not make a connection. Later my wife used her moto E4+ and was easily connected to what is now her Charger 3. I'm now planing to purchase another watch and I doubt very much I will seek guidance from your website.

Was a gift to someone. He said the quality was so great especially for the price. The screen is decide to size and good quality resolution. He uses it for many things.

Love the phone. Glad I got it through Best Buy. Read a review about having to turn phone off then on to get calls & texts. Haven't had this problem. Had to get use to things that are different from old phone, but was able to plck them up easily. Works great!

Iove this phone. Can do very thing a expensive phone can do. The camera is great very good pictures and video.Got a memory card and now I can get a lot more apps then I thought. Calls are clear no staic.

Transfer of data was easy and good screen size. Takes awesome pictures. Only been using phone for a week now but so glad I purchased it, great black Friday price too!

Liked extra memory (16GB instead of 8) and higher Android version. Apps are working better now and slightly larger screen.

It is a good quality phone for the price. It has a very good camera. The large screen is great. It is our 2nd Samsung Galaxy phone with Tracfone & we've never had any problems with service.

My new Tracfone is easy to use. The large screen makes it easy to read the letters, numbers, etc. Camera is great. Captures great pictures.

Very nice touch on the Galaxy J7 cell phone. Easy to use , not to bulky or to small. I am very pleased that I am a proud new owner of one.
