Always works, good sound, nice pictures, added a 32Gb memory card, and it all does what I want. Very happy. Google maps gets me around, google play has free programs, and never a problem connecting. Good battery life too.

I bought this to replace a Samsung j7 sky pro. It has nearly the same speed, and a much better pair of cameras.

Camera is serviceable, 16gb is a little low for today's plethora of apps, music etc but works together with memory card. RAM limits makes multitasking too much a bit challenging. Phone quality is good, but obviously dependent upon your carrier. Physical size and feel is good too.

Bought this phone for my grandson. It has everything he needs!!! Takes great pics!!! Most of all he loves the games he downloads!!! The price was excellent!!!!

This phone looks and feels so much like the Galaxy S8/S9. We use this as an extra phone to communicate with our family members and they absolutely love it compared to the Huawei cell phone we had before. The J7 is so much lighter, better camera and that wonderfully familiar Samsung interface is so simple and easy to navigate on the phone. Would highly recommend this phone as a great starter phone.

This is a great phone and very fast! No issues of any sort. No problems activating from the website. Only took one minute per phone. The Samsung operating system allows apps to be transferred to your SD card which makes the 16gb internal storage seem much bigger. Good pictures and video. Surprised that others have had issues. You should know in advance that this phone is locked to Total Wireless for one year. If you have the same good experience we have had with the Total Wireless service, that will not matter at all.

As prepaid phones go, this is a surprisingly good model -- but, as you'd expect, with some drawbacks. The primary criticism of this phone from others -- and I'd agree -- is that is comes drowned in bloatware. There are multiple ways to remove much of that -- and I've tried two of them -- only to find that doing so makes little difference, especially compared to simply disabling, or otherwise limiting the bloatware. With bloatware either removed or disabled, the Samsung eight-core CPU is reasonably fast -- though clearly not as fast as some Qualcomm CPUs. No issues with accessing the Google Play Store or any of its available apps. Screen quality is very good -- with sharp graphics and multiple ways to adjust color quality. Phone runs especially well on Verizon's CDMA network -- with, usually, excellent sound quality. (Total Wireless is a unit of Tracfone -- which, in turn, is being acquired by Verizon.) So far, calls appear to have consistently been in the advertised 4G LTE mode. I purchased this for 59.99 -- and, on balance, I'd consider this a good deal.

I like the features of the Samsung J7 cell phone. It's quite heavy, but that's OK! It charges fast, but the power stays longer, than my old cell phone. Large prints, easy to read and response and faster usage when checking websites, has improved so quick, than my old cell phone. My old cell phone is history now, Samsung J7 Crown is the best for me! YEAH!

Awesome phone easily to navigate and great camera for this phone

So far, so good...I have only had it a week and a half, so have not had the opportunity to avail myself of all the bells and whistles. Basically, though, so far am satisfied with my purchase; I wanted the most economical without sacrificing the GB data amount or speed or forcing me to bump up to a higher monthly top-off. I wanted a phone that seemed similar to my prior one, AND, I wanted a phone set up that gave good coverage statewide. This phone package seems to have given me that. And this is a good thing-- quality at a price-savings. The camera seems crisp, the support info and contact seem ample, and so far, the learning curve has not been too steep.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Battery life is really good and the camera is really nice as well.

Its definitely an upgrade from my original J7 phone, and the battery lasts twice as long which is awesome for me cause I'm a gamer!

I got this phone for 70.00 and you can't beat it. It is fairly fast and has some cool features.

Bought this for my child to teach phone responsibility without breaking the bank. Service has been great, and this phone is similar in size to a Galaxy S9, also with a similar but simpler operating system. Works perfectly for playing Pokemon Go and staying in contact.

First of all: I spent more than two hours chatting with tech support to get the SIM card activated. This was especially annoying because I had to use the prepaid $35 card to register the phone BEFORE I was even able to try activating the SIM card. The camera is great, quick access and amazing clarity. Not so great is the small (16 GB) memory. If one doesn't want to run out of space quickly one has to transfer as many apps as possible to an external SD card. This has to be done one by one :( AND there are lots of apps pre-installed which cannot be moved or uninstalled at all - this includes two (!) weather apps. The phone is rather big but that can't be avoided when one wants a good screen size. I got the phone on sale and so I am willing to accept some of the unpleasant issues mentioned above. Using the phone is simple. It's Android based and even for me (switching from "the other brand") it was easy to get used to in no time.

So far, it has been just fine. It does everything I need it to do. The camera takes great pics. I bought this to replace the Samsung Galaxy J3 I had been using for the last 2 years. I do love the Total Wireless service! It has been very reliable for the year that I've had them. The price is very nice too!
