Nice phone. The screen is large. Colors are are vivid. Easy to use.

I was surprised how well this phone works. Not much different from other phones that cost hundreds more. The camera is the only thing that is subpar compared to more expensive phones. Great battery life! Total wireless works great also if you live in an area where Verizon coverage is good.

my new samsung j7 works great i am very happy with my phone! total wireless works great at my house where some other carriers have not had service so am happy with total wireless also ! give them thumbs up!

Very good phone for the price point! It has awesome battery life. Got 2 for the kids at Christmas and wife needed a new phone a few months later, so she now has this same model, too!

I was not used to these kind of phones and I am learning all about it. I do not use the internet other than Facebook and photos transferring them to Facebook. I generally only have a flip phone but this phone is excellent accept for the fact I have to charge every day as it runs out fast, even when I am not using it. My usage is very light on this phone but I enjoy being able to hear someone like my kids better than my flip phone was giving me. It is great to hear who is calling me now!

This is relatively quick and has expandable memory. The camera isn't the best, but it's pretty good. Good call quality and overall good app experience. Batter life is average, not amazing, but still quite good.

Love my Samsung phone. Good price on it and it has everything I need. Believe it or not this is my first smart phone, because I’m not a big phone person. Husband said I needed it when I’m away from home. Now I’m loving all the apps on it too. Good purchase from a good company

As soon as I walked in my husband and I looked for signs as to where we needed to go to pickup an online order we ordered the night before (previous night was Black Friday). Let me tell you the quick side story: Basically we were going to purchase the same item at Walmart on Blacl Friday night but they were fresh out and as it turns out the Walmart cost was about $80 plus tax. My husband was so upset, so I went online to see who had the same phone available for the following day. I was super excited to find the same item listed for instore pickup the next day for exactly half the cost of Walmart! So we got it ordered up and saved money at the same time! Back to my story: The signs very easily directed us to the front left corner of the store. There was no one else in line so we did not have to wait to be helped. I showed the cashier my ID and the card I used to purchase the order. I went on to pull up the order number from my phone via email but she asked me what I was picking up and I told her the phone specs and she walked over to another part of the counter and grabbed it up right away! The order was for a Galaxy J7 Crown prepaid total wireless phone. No hesitation. Easy as 1, 2, 3! I asked her if she would still need my order number and she told me no. I signed the order pickup paper and thanked her. As we were getting ready to leave her counter I had a quick question and this is the part where I am not pleased with Best Buy Customer service....I asked the girl if she or someone, perhaps someone in electronics that knew about phones could possibly help me with installing the screen protector plastic onto my new J7 phone screen. We did bring it with us, as we had purchased the protector from another retailer. We even offered to pay for the help as we have never used one. But, it blew my mind when she told me they absolutely could not help us with that because it was not purchased at Best Buy!!! Are you kidding me? Seriously? I Purchased the phone and no one in the store can take two minutes out of their day to atleast explain how or give us a couple tips and pointers? Thats a bit ridiculous...but I simply said okay and walked away! Dont go to best buy if you need help or advice on any products or merchandise that are brand specific products that they sell...Atleast this particular location!

So..let's get it out of the way...this isn't a flagship phone, but it's easy to setup and get going. Charge lasts a while, even with moderate usage. Responsive screen, decent feel but requires a case to reduce slipping (like most phones).

The Samsung J7 Crown is just the right amount of phone for my 10 year old nephew. The phone was easy to set up and easy for my nephew to navigate.

This phone is much better than expected. 13 mp camera is really good. Facial recognition works really well too. Not bad at $99 on sale. It's a keeper.

Not happy with cell carrier. Phone works great but having issues with network.

I bought this Galaxy J7 Crown for my wife. The last one had too much stuff on it and was hard to use. This one is simple, yet has plenty of apps that she can use. It is well worth the price.

I had bought this phone for my wife, which she truly enjoyed and it’s very reliable and has very little issues, this phone was not awesome purchase, great value, and awesome service that comes with it would you purchase the service plan

Only having this for about a week, I havent encountered any negatives for my needs. Good camera as far as I can tell..may not be able to print large pics, but I have no need.

Purchased to replace an iPhone that I am having issues with. Have not used the phone yet, but my boyfriend recently bought the same one and he really likes it.
