Call Sound quality

But call quality was bad when I would make calls. Calls would sound like they were breaking up. Phone resetted, sim card switch but nothing solved. For the price I expected better from Samsung but the main purpose for the phone didn't work out.

It's a good budget phone and love the camera quality. It would have been better if it had a fingerprint reader and face recognition is not that fast to unlock phone. Other than that feels like good quality and is faster than my previous moto g6 play.

poor network performance

You'll use an app and it will send an error message that there's no network connection. Other than that, it's got a nice color and it's the most expensive option aside from iphones for VM.

Good at first

It worked well at first, but the last few months I have trouble sending and receiving texts. I constantly have to update the profile & PRL, and restart it to get it to connect. Constantly as in multiple times a day. VM CS isn't much help either, I don't know what else to do.
