I purchased this phone for my mother as an upgrade from the samsung s4. She is loving it, bigger screen and louder ringtones. She has nothing but good things to say about it. She hardly charges it.

This is a replacement phone for my father who is 77 yrs old. It has been very easy for him to use. He loves it. The camera takes decent pictures.

Happy with purchase. Great phone so far, lots of features. Price was great. Only wish that BestBuy would allow customers to pay off phone early instead of stretching it out for two whole years.

I got this phone after dealing with an LG G5 for 2 years. There's no comparison. It's easy to use. The camera is great! So clear and takes really good pictures. Two thumbs up without a doubt.

Got this for $120 by adding a line to my wife's Verizon account. Phone does everything that I need at a cheap price. Great Samsung quality.

Replaced my sons note 5. So far so good. Great battery life. Needs bigger sd card so memory will be sufficient but other than that it's a good phone.

Purchased for a family member as their first "smart" phone. Seems fairly easy to operate, basic features - good for first timers

I got this for my baby brother, it is his first smartphone. So far he is delighted, but he say that it requires a steep learning curve, as his last phone is only a flip phone with no internet. (He is not tech savvy at all). I am trying to bring him into the modern world. It is also easy to obtain user guides for it. He (and it) should be in good shape once he reads the user guides and plays with it.

Easy to use. Good Camera. Great deal when you need an upgrade but don't need all the extras of the S9.

I needed to get my (elderly) mother-in-law a new android phone. The Galaxy J7 turned out to be excellent for her: Easy to use, large-easy to see screen, good RAM with expandable storage. The Best Buy rep effected the switch over quickly and easily, including transferring her data (making my life easier!).

Set up was quick. Easy to use and great screen size. Perfect for my needs!

If you're not wanting to spend a ton this phone has what you need and even a little more. May not be like the top end Galaxy phone experience if you come from that but for the price it is a good deal.

This particular phone had a touchscreen issue - did not respond to touch unless I held phone in my hand. Returned to store & after some troubleshooting by Best Buy staff & Verizon tech, it was determined to be a defect, Phone was replaced & works fine. Happy with the service!!
